I´m glad you like them Nights are not very cold, but sometimes down to 18 degrees. I just get the feeling they would have colored up anyway, or colored down lol!
My first grow with this plant was so fucked up its like growing a completely different plant this time around
Hope everythings alright down there bone, cant wait to see how those bd crosse work out for ya
holyG - lets see how the ones i got flowering get they are growing well this far they are clearly ahead of the ogk x dc in speed and vigor. looking forward to see em later on
some thing must have been different to last time you grew the astro frog. did you feed a lot more or less? or differently?
yeah it will be very interesting to see how your one do eh bonecarver? keep up the great work man, lovely pic right on top man btw. what is the bud sitting on?
the bud is resting on a upside down goldplated indian ashtray. got a few of them. they are like a tiny decorational set with motives in silver and gold. hanging from a cheesy thing. its was kind of cool.. atlest i thought that back in the days hehe lol - now its going to get used in my arabic themed room in my house
there is 4 good sized ssh x ptk bushes and 4 same sized astrofog. also got 2 smaler clones of ssh x ptk in there. (they are in w 5)
also got a few oaxacan sativas (one growing with rocket speed), a few bella donna x boggelgum and one ecsd x dc (w2
also, the revegged ones from last round are in flowering too - but they have been in there for just about a week more or less - its
johnny deep (johny blaze x dc) - fat pheno.
LDS (LSD#4 x DC) - also fat pheno and tasty
Super-G - early pheno
Cheese/trainwreck - yum yum tasty - the one i used for seeds revegged quick!
Cascadia - sleepy pheno - quite potent indeed!
in the veg-room:
revegging:
mozambique - a nice sativa..
Johny deep - late pheno - doesnt want to get going really revegging dont know what to do with it if not - it was very very good bud, similar to our ssh x ptk keeper pheno.
the cascadias - got a few left revegging - i think 3-4, to see wich all reveg, here are a bodystone pheno and one chunky pheno and 2 more that arent getting going.
LP - very resinous pheno
alibi - extremelly resinous pheno
X18 x DC - how could i not try to reveg the bone nr19! and its doing it - slowly but revegging never the less
got 2 SSH/PTK future moms, and 2 Astrofog future moms also in the vegroom. might decide to put one each of them to flower
some clones of sshxptk and astrofog going to mates
the new ones are the Cheese trainwreck clones vegging, and the seedlings of a few of my crosses and nauts. namelly CheeseTrainwreck x PTK and mozambique x ptk, some cascadia mix (4 dads lds, cascadia, PTK, X18 x DC)
and
nauts WW x Belladonna and Belladonna x SH (did i get the female/male order right naut? fem first /male later)
and frankly - i think thats it..
ah ooops forgot about:
the cloner:
Super-G
JD big ph
LDS big ph
and i just picked out the last seeds i planted from there (i have the seeds germing and the fresh clones in the same space) - the capacity is about 60 seedlings or cuts.
the last ct x ptk seed germed too excellent - 100% germrate
gonna transplant some clones that have rooted of the SG and the CT npw
i just did a small modification i hope is going to do a lot.
because of the limited head height in the growroom - and the crappy reflectors habit to create hotspots - the big fan leaves of the ssh x ptk close to the light are getting burnt. i could only move the light up about 10 cm more - but also i did bend the reflector inverse - so now its reflecting the light 180 degrees directly - and the hot spots have hopefull become less intense. lets see if it helps - all though i dont know if the yellow part are going to get back the colour.
i have my light about 30 cm from the smalest plants and at head height almost with the tallest plants - wich i normally put around the smaler ones in the center.
even with this small adjustment i will have to move around the plants, and also tie them down - to get the best use. also i will spread them out a bit.
also took clones of the sleepy cascadia - wich now is going into flowering a fair bit bigger than last time
also bending the ssh x ptk (wich has a kind of woody stem) one of the branches broke - but its no worries. just tied it up and it shouldbe fine its a big branch,, and i went too far to get the tips down of the plants hehe
did a massive re-organization of the growroom - spreading the plants out and using the space more creativelly. ive been kind of slacky latelly but now its finally set for a while forward.
im sure i will have to bend the branches of the LDS and the JD, since both of them was of very vigorous phenos - and im sure they will grow even more this time ( having a proper stretch (remember last flowering i forced them) so im expecting a nice amount of bud from there
the flowering room is looking fairly good - besides the yellow leafs on the ssh x ptk.
no more plants from seed have showed sex.
one of the oaxacans is growing like crazy and is for sure one of the more quickest growing i have seen. now i just got to see if its a female or not
Looking very nice Bonecarver, enjoyed your grow last year very much and am looking forward to watching this one as well. Will be watching through this season as things progress.
hehe the colours are a by product of the HPS and the flash - and the HDR process. but really - the space is so small its not easy to take a nice panoramic pic but i do it anyway to show u more or less the whole room ( but still - a big part is missing)
just transplanted the ssh x ptk and astrofog i put into flowering!
i got 1 ecsd x dc female, and also the 2 oaxacans are confirmed females. same goes with 2 blackdomina x boggelgum!.. only one left to sex of the plants from seed..
the plants from seed are really small but the top nug should be representative as allways! im specially looking forward to the blackdomina x bogglegum! - also got to say the ECSD should be interesting too!!
hehe i hope its atleast going to be smokeable
the summers here are far from exemplary for indoor growing - i allready got 30 degrees in the growroom! but im experimenting with lower nutricion levels and very low salt content of the rez-water (its about 70% distilled water + tapwater) and the higher water use in these temps should get less stressfull for the plants.
