Absolutely no transplant shock or sun shock moving hopefully her outdoors!! Placed her outdoors right between two AC/DC beauties. Ahhh the California sun. I love it. Time for a bong hit!! The Diesel is almost dry enough to sample. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY Y'ALL!!
Been lurking since you first popped these seeds. They remind me of those Afghanis I grew back in 79.
Nice fat leaves.
Very promising
That will be cool. At least you get to see how one does outside. Ive never been able to grow outsude its too risky in my city. If i did it though it would be in big containers of dirt. If i go back to dirt id likely stick to organic.
Though i love my coco and wont likely be changing anytime soon except trying some aquaculture like dwc or maybe aero. Im considering a single plant system to keep a mother and experiment on. I like trying new stuff now, i used to only use my organic soil method but found theres so much more fun waiting out there to try.
My planned hydro test upcoming i want to setup 3 or 4 different single plant hydro systems, feed them the same mix and try out dwc, aero drip and if i can figure out another one that would work as a single id set that up. Lol maybe a perlite hempy though im more aiming for actual aquaculture to play with not hybrid passive hydro cause im already happy with what im doing with coir.
Jefe what methods have you tried? Liked and disliked anything in particular? Do you use multiple methods or just one? Im open to try lots of new methods now...
treat them well sir! any info on the purple urkle lineage? i always thought it was a clone only mystery hybrid
Thats what i heard also throughout my life living in Nor Cal. Is unknown on the genes along with everything else like Mendo. Purps. GDP. Purple Eurkle etc. I also heard they are related in some way or another...
There is so much to the many stories out there. I believe (IN MY OPINION FROM WHAT I HAVE PUT TOGETHER) that Purple Urkle is a variant of Deep Chunk. Not sure what it was crossed with or self sexed but that is what I believe. Which lends to the idea of the clone only variant. For each pheno there may have been a clone only variant. So I wonder how many seeds were made of the original Deep Chunk? And if these are f1 or f2's then males should be lurking. If no males to be found then she may be feminized. In either case I know I have a deep IBL Indica on my hands. And pheno testing will be happening. What I need is more space!! God I would love to have a facility to breed in. Watch out what one asks for. Thank you all for the support.
deep chunk is old, but it's more on the bubba/master side of the spectrum...ghani's from the 70's... I've been seeing urkle in southern california since like 02, it got phased out by gdp(bigger yielder)...If I had to say that the urkle came from any readily available seeds it was probably somas lavender...but that's total speculation, somas lavender is the closest thing to urk I've seen personally...smaller nugs, good color, good frost, tastes exactly like you would expect purple weed to taste like etc.
