powder mildew preventive

If you're concerned with insect pressure then Spinosad is what you really want - rotate it with BT, but Spinosad will be the workhorse.

Some good recommendations with AgSil and Aloe Vera to take care of the PM. Tank mix with the Spindosad/BT on a weekly rotation and you should be good. Stay off the sprays 2-4 weeks prior to harvest.

You can do a root drench, not a problem. I go 3 tablespoons of Actinovate for 25 gallons of water.

You may want to look into making a compost tea with some insect frass in it for the yellowing plants.

Everything outside got Tea this morning, We use Boogie Brew Pro. Its a new 2 part 100% organic compost tea. A root drench is just watering with straight water then adding Actinvate on top of that?

Make your own tea brewer. Ask microbeman if you have any questions. There is literally not a person on this planet with more compost tea knowledge then him. That boogie brew is better than nothing, but way subpar in reality.

His video is worth a look too. It will teach you what to look for under the scope for a good brew.

I solely used compost tea for many years. I even designed a line of brewers that I use to sell. Microbeman helped me get to that point.

The Boogie Brew line of teas and water filter is just a local company, I take home the dry product and brew it at the house. We also have a good buddy that knows the dude pretty well so we get a price break

Neem is a fairly strong mold preventer, just can't spray it during flower, or use in a grow where sulfur burners are present.

Why can't you use neem in flower? I have yet to see any creditable data to support this. Do you have any? I would love to read it.
So, just to throw in some logic...

Resin Glands bond to oils and fats quite easily.

Neem oil is a prime example of this, and plants sprayed 4 and often more weeks before harvest all have the same oily, nasty feel and bitter taste.

Can you show me a test result? Along with something more than inference. Right now you are not "proving" anything about neem not being sprayed in flower.

I've been at this for a while, and I have still yet to see any documentation to date. I am still waiting. :)

Be happy to read it when it appears.

You got to name calling very quickly. Don't know why I would be a moron when all I ask for is some scientific proof that spraying neem (up to 2 weeks of harvest) on a cannabis plant is detrimental to human health.

This moron is still waiting for proof. :)

Neem Oil half life's.

Azadirachtin, a major component of neem oil, is rapidly broken down. Microbes and light break down the pesticide in soil, water and on plants. The half-life of azadirachtin in soil ranges from 3 - 44 days. In water, the half-life ranges from 48 minutes to 4 days. It also rapidly breaks down on plant leaves; the half-life if 1 - 2.5 days. The remaining components of neem oil are broken down by microbes in most soil and water environments.

So actually you could spray up to 3 days before harvest if you wanted to. Spraying only up to 2 weeks before harvest seems to be a bit conservative at this point.

Back it up a page in this thread you nimrod. Your post to me was a childish, name calling, and absolutely wrong. So go suck some more dick and lick some more balls.

I gave you an article that it causes brain encephalopathy something you obviously have from smoking neem.

Take your clown act somewhere else.

I used neem oil once and was NOT HAPPY w the results. I cure all my powder mold like this.
Per gallon mix 91% isopropyl alcohol 1 tbsp.
Hydrogen peroxide 1 16 oz. Bottle
Veg. Oil 1 tsp.
Dr bronners liquid peppemint soap 1 tsp.
Mix in sprayer shake very well, apply to all parts of plant, especially the undersides of leaves.it should look like the plants went through a spin cycle...foam...but watch it boil away!! Treat 3 times in 5 days..all gone. I hit them in flower w no ill effects. Mycoman

You can die from drinking to much water as well. :)

lol spraying ANYTHING in Late flower is just stupid,

half life of 1.5 days, may be true in soil. but i can say for sure a sprayed plant in late flower never burns a true white ash, always taste bad.

and the hash it makes is poison.

neem takes over a resin covered nug when sprayed.

if you have ANY resin glands on the plant its to late to be spraying.

hence the all the prentative measures we've been talking about.

all based off experience and stupid decisions of the past.

out of all the natural and organic pesticides and mold fixes, nothing has beat eagle 20 and avid, but both are horribly toxic chemicals that just the vapors can hurt you.

a dunk as a clone and one spray before flower.

never seen bugs or mold since

Some people do not care about real life experiences. Just apply as the bottle says to cure mildew on roses and you'll be good smoking it.

Show me a test from lab. Show me a study from a University. Show me something. Otherwise you are just repeating stoner science.

It's been real. I don't want to continue jacking this thread.
