plagron light mix???

hey all,

Does anyone know if plagron light mix is organic, and what it's made up of e.g. does it have lime and trace elements etc???? it says on the bag that its npk is 12-14-24, at 1.5. This seems a bit low on nitrogen? I have week and 2 day old seedlings started in this mix and i'm wondering if i'm likely to run into problems! I was intending to give a less than 1/4 strength feed of formulex in about a week if they looked like needing it. Any help much appreciated

Thanks

Ok here goes.....

Plagron Light mix - mix of peat, fibre, + perlite, with only minimal amounts of nutrients.

Ph (h2o) - 5.5 - 6.5

E.C. - (here theres a symbol that looks like a backwards y s/cm) - 325-425

N.p.k (kg/ms) - 1.5

That's about all it says - Is this type of soil too strong for starting seedlings?

Do you know if this soil would be likely to contain all the right micros?

Would this need a 1/4 strength hit of formulex (to boost N a bit), when the plants are a little bigger?

No damn given.

Bones-
It sounds to me like it plain peat with a little added perlite.
No nutes in there to speak of.

oops, forgot the NPK, its 12-14-24. Would this be added chemical nutes or what's found naturally in the peat?? I used biobizz light mix last time and didn't need to add any nutes for veg at all - unfortunately my gro-shop didn't have any this time around but the dude in the shop said that this mix was much the same. would you think it would be a good idea to give a weak hit of formulex to boost the N and micros??

Thanks
