Keep her in bondage..so you fill the sides in and control height...looks like fun wrestling her around in there..filling the box without cookin on the light. Keep it up Hairy

Your right Jet. The temps are too high. I added a small computer fan at the base to push in fresh air. But the temps I listed were with this fan running! Unfortunatly, it's hot where I am and this tron must stay in a closet. I'm lucky when I get the house temp (at night ) down to 70F. No AC in my home. The only thing saving me is the low humidity.

Well, the stretching seems to have ended. I waited too long before attempting LST hence the uneven canopy. I've been just running the 250 HPS for the last week. With it and the flo's on there was too much heat. Temps running around 79f - 83f now. Buds are now starting to fill out. Over all the plant seems healthy. Growing will humble ya. Anyway, here is a pic. Peace.

What I end up with is still up in the air. I have many bud sites but they are small. HEAT, the F'ing HEAT! We topped off at a high of 107f yesterday. No AC in my house. So the tron has actually been doing pretty good with just the 250 hps running. It seems that my K2 is alright with heat as it has a good fresh air exchange. From now on I'll try to grow my weed in the winter months.

Thanks for sharing your ideas Sleepy. I run my lights at night and a fan blowing on the plant. The heat wave is passing for now but I'm lookin' in to AC options. The plant is really doing well in these temps. A VERY forgiving plant. If the smoke is as good as the plant is strong, I'm in for a treat. Peace.

Hey there hairybass, For extra cooling in the tron , if the doors are slid upward 3-4" the black plastic piece on the bottom catches on the inside of the tron allowing more air in from the bottom. [have problem w/camera or would send photo,sorry] When I experimented w/hid in the tron , I think I made a mini reflector and removed the top. good luck

PFCruz, I'll try that in my next light cycle. Great idea to add more fresh air entering at the bottom. That's what I love about this forum. People share! Next grow I will address the HID reflector issue. Right now I'm committed to this HID situation. I really appreciate your idea's though. Peace.
