Ok after reading this I have caved in. Shit you cannot beat the ease of wiring only needing to add 2 additional 15 amp lines to run 8 of these lights! I will be buying 4 phantoms to test out and a light meter. I am going with phantoms for one reason only and that is the option of air cooling. The Nano's price is very tempting but I see no way to air cool.
My main reason for holding out so long is that I am worried about killing all my seedlings again and having bad initial veg growth like I did with my 600 SE Gavitas. I am going to attempt to cover this problem by buying one of these:

From another thread:
Anyone happen to know what umol is safe for seedlings and small plants? I suppose I could use my light reader under a t5 which safely does seedlings and find out?
...under the Gavita Hood ...
Your not going to see any improvement using a 930 vs 942 IMO. I have both but don't flower with my CMH lights. Its personal preference...
I've read that the Agro bulbs are best for bloom and veg. Can anyone confirm this from personal experience. I'm using a 4200k with an Agro in a 630w setup. Should I just switch exclusively to an Agro setup? Also, are the NanoLux buls even better than the Agro ones from Philips? The spectra analysis looks good and the price is the same for both. Just kinda feel bad I wasted mullah on the 4200k for purported better veg growth. Thanks.
Hey PF, What do you flower with then? The room I'm putting together only has one 4x4 600 HPS for flower, but "4" CMH's (2x315 + 2x210) for flower. Reason is, I'm using a Gavita EL2 for one flower table "and" a 400 MH in my 2x4 veg tent. The EL2 has an output to run 120 or 240 volt accessories (timed), plus some other very useful stuff. I just need it to run my (CMH) lights (timed), and it makes for good comparisons between the two technologies.
