So for my current grow I decided to not shy away from my base being too hot during germination...I just feel there is long time for the plants to be spent in the k-cups and I said fuck it and did a mix of
Coast of maine Potting soil 70%
Lobster Compost 20%
Worm casting 10%
Small amount of agricultural lime too!
I never felt that high amount of organic material would affect the seedlings that much and the payoff would be worth the risk if a small amount of stress occurred which it did not!
I did leave them in the ziplock bags over the k-cup for to long and created some unwanted stretching.
So yeah the plants displayed zero stress and they are doing very well in the moment.
I just started to brew some WC tea/kelp tea....Just pumped up the light from 200watts to 400 watts.I will drench plants tomorrow with tea.
I usually wait for up potting before light increase and tea but the plants are telling me to move in this direction.
I did loose one of the testers but the seed itself looked under developed from the get go so that's that.

subpar soil pics,,,i did my best.The stuff is like perfection in the hand.the lobster compost is surprisingly finely ground but super rich.

I think I found a local farm that sells COM on the Ma/Ri line..going to swing by there and grab some if they do. Thats some sexy dirt...wait can dirt be sexy

I don't think you need to make a special trip for it if your northeast like me.....True value and Aubuchon Hardware both carry it....They are a bit more expensive.
I just got some and the guy charges me $6.00 for a 1 cubic foot bag if you buy 3 or more and gives me a 15% off discount.

I get there lobster compost and there BarHarbor blend.
Look for grain and feed stores or landscape garden centers.

sounds like my head at times.

what where u able to find on the old mother ghani?? i have a few testers going now, omg x 88g13hp. they where in solo cups on the back burner for a little bit, i just up potted them early week. let me know what u find on the omg. i searched around some but kinda got nothing other then it being an afghan. some reason i wanna say that interview with him on the potcast he mentioned something of it. or i heard it somewhere. cant quite remember .....

I don't know a hell of alot on the OMG....I know its a landrace and I'm guessing Bodhi got it from some line of seeds because its the male he is using in my cross.May be from Bagseed*Maybe?
I have seen some pictures of the omg in a cross on instagram and she was sexy...

Bodhiseeds..she kicks out big long branches with rich citrus lemon pledge buds that have some crazy terp profiles....

I will harass bodhi in the future about the plant if more is not found
By the way I did contact another grower who is Running Omg x G13hp and will see if he gives me the goods on your cross..

Finally someone is running the fat cherry crosses. I have 5 of the ssdd x fat cherry s . I am so excited to see how these turn out. Ph I am sure you will make the fc x omg shine .

I think we will both shine the Fat cherry up nicely.
Post yours up when they start coming along Packer....i'm interested
The SSDD should bring some big love to the cross.

Old Mother Ghani is a seed line Bodhi got long ago as an old afghani from a private collector.

he had this line crossed over to a krush strain at the time i was testing for him...im not big on satys, so this had to really catch my attention to keep her around..she grew very easy with very little attention...this strain gets really hungry towards the end of flower...the effect is what got me...super perma grin with an awesome body effect....

I like it all....I find that Indicas are just so dominant in breeding.They can drag a 15 weed sativa down to 11 and it shows up in the structure and grow.
I love when you get a indica grow and a bit of that Sati excitement in the Smoke.Poly Hybrids...you got to love them

I really want to run a 15 weeker...just need a independent spot

I did run a Amnesia haze cross that i got through sandies as a freebie many many years ago that turned out realy nice for me....I got a lot of males....
I got a killing field green pheno too

Dina fem Huh....Great intel....Amnesia I have no doubt after you pulled that 707 Headband out of Hso gear.I think Hso must have a ton of money behind them....that's on my hit list....the 707.

i struck gold w/ the 707 Headband... all i had to do was plant it & grow it...

i kept/preserved the genetics of the Headband (50% at least) and crossed her to C99 genetics and I'm really looking forward to that cross!!

i'm doing that HB-99 currently i got pics of her in veg thus far... the C99 pollen was from Six different male siblings of 2016 grimm stock... BTW i know Cindy like the back of my hand having had her as far back as 1999...the new C99 from Grimm is merely F2, but they are solid and great parental stock >>> from an old seed pack...(unless he's reworked it in the last 12 months)
