I recently returned from a long trip to Peru. I did some trekking up in the Andean Mountains, I went into the Amazon jungle and drank I took to the habit of chewing through a bag of Coca every day (which is legal in Peru). This is very beneficial for you. Coca is chockfull of calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fibre, minerals such as calcium, phosphorous, iron, potassium, magnesium, sodium, ascorbic acid and vitamins A, C and E.

tell us more about the ayahuasca please; how was the session conducted? who made the brew? how many more people? setting? etc... also, could you actually see songs?

I decided to stop growing these beautiful babes. It's an outdoor strain, adapted to high altitude and equatorial seasons, and that's where it should be grown...
