Hiya Farmers,

A little update! So 3 Babies are flowering, the Swiss MAV x Herijuana x GG needs 15-20days to be chopped (the smallest) and is lemon-detergent smelling, not resinous, very small compact crystal coated flowers.
The medium is XDOG x UEL, very compact flower clustering, fluffy hairy flowers, the smell changed and now it smells like a Melon. The last one and the biggest is another XDog x UEL, bigger pheno, lots of flowering and side branche flowering, no smell for the moment but lots of hair formation.

The 3 trained, LST, are my Amnesia Cakes with 7 seedlings (banana runtz, runtz, lemon tree, mac&crack, beaver cookie, one Somango and tropical zmoothie x2)

The 4 topped are 2 xdog x uel, one Amnesia cake and one Holly Cake

The ones in a DWC kinda thing are 2 Holly Cakes, one Amnesia Cake., one Mac&Crack and one Tangerine Sorbet. I put them in a solution of 10-10-10 plus TE and all the Fe, Cu…

Was doing the daily aloe vera tea spray on the plants and then realized that one of the Amnesia Cakes has a freaking stem already, as thick as a ball pen! I think this one will be Huge by September

Looks great dude, I love the little setup, just I've made small hydrosetups too, they work well, it's gona grow quicker than the others prolly, ur gona have to change that water out pretty regularly to badyou couldn't connect them all lol but this works man, just more work than a bigger system I guess, but it seems u like the work, so keep at it.
And no, never used beats, it's more about the avaliable ummm well call it synthesized sugar. It won't eat what we'll call "white sugar" like out the cabinet, well idk tbh.. was told no so never did it. Always just went for the molasses lol all the work is done for you already it's a touch of the lazies but it's ok, lol.
Leme know how them beets work out, sounds interesting. Keep ur ph steady and just don't muck ur water up too bad, problem with the dwc is that in my opinion, in the beginning there's less there to media for your plant "buff" so the harsh nutes will beat ur babies roots, be careful, be nice to it lol in the beginning.

Prolly is rn. Bc no long roots, watch your media don't start growing lol tu4n green or something lol just thoughts idk, you doin great tho.

get like one of those motion censored skeletons from homedepot and set him on the balcony lol,
Ik ur trying to stylay low profile but idk lol

I love you man! If one day I become a great farmer and seed creator, now that you have and will be a great contributor to that Sifu….And the only way to pay you back is with the creation of a Persian strain that I will create by phenohunting the best ones!

Anyways I have made some changes before reading your post and the little harm was done! Some love the change to DWC and some did not.

Will post a detail of what I have done all day and as you have said, I like to work, but it has to be goal oriented and have great results, if not thats not real work. Work needs to lead to satisfaction in my humble opinion

Dear Farmers,

Today was very constructive and I did a lot of different things I am hoping will be great for my plants.

I did not have any feedback from Farmerlion still, so i decided to be creative and do my own shit…
I think that microbe-wise I am doing ok with my Lacto Bs, but i am pretty weak with my Fungi cultivation so, I will soon go for a hike, and find some dead leaves, petrified branches and fungi soil. Then will mix that to my soil for fungi cultivation. But I had some dried vermicompost and a deae friend 00 here in icmag gave me a recipe which I adapted (need to always try to be creative). So i made a Lasagna with a layer of vermi and a layer of a mix of rice flour and powdered oats which I sprayed with a solution of honey-water-beet juice, and covered it up….Lets see if something shroomy will happen

I have also made my own liquid fertilizer for the dwc system. I made a lentil sprout tea, aloe vera tea, and a solution of 10-10-10 +TE (gave 5-5-5 to seedlings and 10-10-10 to mature plants)

So I have also bought a stronger light it is 230V, 50Hz, 110mA, WW=F3000, 1450lm. It is above the 7 seedlings; Banana Runtz, Runtz, Mac & crack, Tropical Zmoothie, Beaver Cookie, Lemon Tree. They are doing okay i think. I put all the seedlings in a dwc cheap system covered with alu foil, the solution is a 5-5-5 mixed with lentil sprout tea and aloe vera tea at a 1:1:1 ratio.

Forgot to also mention I made my own CAL MAG with I will replicate for each of my 35L pots (5 in total and one 20L)

I take 30 egg shells powder them and divide them into 2 parts. One i set aside and the other I put on stove and brown it. Then mix all together. Make 2 parts, one I soak with some apple vinaigre and set aside for 15-20 days (liquid Calmag). The other part I mix it directly into my soil for slower decomposition and as an addition to perlite, powdered eggshells retain moisture and water like perlite

By the way does anyone know how to translate ppm into ratios? Like N P K and Ca at 180ppm-160ppm-300ppm and 190ppm could we approx them to 20-18-16 and 30% or it is too high?

You got alot goin on my man, I asked someone about that beet thing, they were saying you gotta ferment it, idk lol. This is great tho man keep it up, as long as your ppm isn't too high bc they are babies you'll be fine maybe 5-600 and like 1200 when bigger, in final mixture, but idk, that's like hydro nutes, so ur stuff may be diff, idk

Regarding beets, after what you said I will use it in 3 ways:
1) Juice of the beets, ferment them naturally with a bit of their unwashed skins like a probiotic drink
2) Reduce the juice by heating and making blackstrap molasse out of beets instead of sugarcane
3) Make a puree of the fresh skins and add it to the soil

I think one of these or all 3 will help

Hiya Farmers,

Well I think I figured out how to cultivate beneficial microbes and fungi by using as a medium my vermicompost lasagna.

I collected a bunch of branches and wood chips and dead leaves, plus 2 dead mini pomegranate that dried on plant (they had a good white powder on their skin), plus a rotting banana, potato and some carrot scraps left and a bit rotting. Mixed all in the mixer, broke my vermi and made holes, poured some pasta water and my mix on top and closed it a bit. Lets see if Magic happens

As for the beet juice, i had some left over ginger bug, and i added to it yesterday…and it is fermenting at high speed
