Maybe hungry or overwatered (maybe both?)? and not enaugh light?

On a serious note: I water (almost) always by flooding the tray, letting the plants to pull water as they need.
So I set them a layer of pearlite or rubble on the bottom of the pot, high enough to just surpass the flood thus avoiding the "drowning", yet to reach water. Never had overwatering and never had issues with ph when growing indoor (this style).
Maybe that's... helpful?
p.s.
I only had issues with ph when planting on unknown soil and last year outdoor with Fish Mix, killed my baby...
Another observation is: whenever I use rubble, I never see microelements deficiencies in my plants, maybe they pull whatever they need from there... Exception is only Cal/Mag under SIL, of course.
