It's likely environmental, too cool and dry. Have u got an infrared thermometer? Would be helpful to have leaf surface temps. Adding the air circulation will help even out the environment from hot/cold/dead spots. The microclimate around the plant/leaves become stale and humid from transpiration, moving air will keep fresh co2 up to them.

I just checked and the leaf temperature is 23.2°C, so quite low.
The RH is about 54% beside the plant.
I do have the bucket of wine pumping out CO2 which should help.

Once the plant is a bit bigger, I can start turning on the side lights which really warms up the closet and spring is in the air which increases both the temperature and especially the humidity.
We're having a cold spell right now and had an inch of snow today, but the temperature is going up to 17°C in a couple of days.

I will see what I can do for both heat and humidity for next winter but shortly I'm going to be dealing with too much of both and then mold issues once the plant is flowering.

I liked my last harvest. I didn't have a speck of mold and I got my plant dried and jarred within a week.

My closet plant is looking better.
The second set of leaves are a darker green and look more normal.

The window plant has just popped through the surface, but she still has her lid on.
I'm giving her drops of water regularly.

She's just struggling to get that inner membrane off. These seeds are only a couple months old, probably why that are taking longer to sprout and lose the helmet head.

I think that it's Ectoplasm (also known as Ghost Slime and Ectoplasmic Residue)
