Oh,..
That wasn't a full sized Folgers Coffee container.

Here's a better scale reference,..

This resin gland was amber,..

I ended up with 248.6 grams, so about half a pound.

It's really good weed that doesn't seem to make me uncomfortable or paranoid.

The window plant was looking like she was struggling with her helmut, so I thought that I'd give her some assistance,..

Then I decided to dig her up to check on her,..
then I dropped it on the floor, and mashed all the fuzz that was growing on the tap root.
Lol. (there was alcohol involved).

I stuck her back the the dirt but she was too damaged.

She croaked...

So I started a new seed yesterday. She cracked this morning.
I'm going to wait for a bit of a tap root for this seed.

The GLo seems to take longer to germinate and get going.

The the seed for my new closet plant had almost the same environment.

Wow, looks like you got a great harvest there mate.
You need to practice more LITFA with those seedlings.

I used lots of LITFA with the closet plant/seed, but the window plant has always been for drunken experiments and reckless behavior.
Lol

It's not a big deal and I only lost a week.
The window planter is cold and damp, so I emptied the reservoir and she is drying out now.

It turns out that the window planter was wicking up water pretty good and it got kinda soggy.

I'll just water lightly from the top until she's well established before I put water in the reservoir.

The GLo is cracked and just starting to show its tap root.

It's been two days now, so the GLo seeds are about half as fast to crack and germinate.

I'll wait another day or so until there's a bit more tap root showing.

Have u got a fan circulating the air in the closet?
Set/hang the hygrometer up off the media and see if you get a different/lower reading..

Yes I have two fans for circulation but they aren't on yet.
I didn't think that they needed to be on yet?
I'll turn them on now, and add another hygrometer.

I planted the GLo.
It's three days old now but the Ghost Rose was this far along in only 24 hours.

I wonder if that means she will be slow to grow and take longer, or if she will catch up with a big growth spurt?
We'll see what happens,..

I added a second hygrometer and raised the first one a bit.
I had the first one pushed in deep figuring that it would show what the seedling is actually seeing.

I decided to put my slow cooker in the closet to warm it up and add some humidity.

I wasn't going to bother, but it is simple and easy to do.
I plugged it in with no water and turned it to medium heat. It is drawing 122 Watts and only gets warm to the touch, then I added warm water.

It's actually safer than the two 100 Watt bulbs I used last time.
Those bulbs got hot and could probably melt the plastic pail of wine if the bulbs touched it, and if the bulbs got wet, they could shatter then I've got 120VAC exposed in the closet.

I'll keep a close eye on it for the first couple of days and see how fast the water evaporates, knowing that it is still safe even if it boils dry. (I don't think it gets hot enough to actually boil though?)
