Doing a test run of some Ace seeds and thought I would share with everyone. Here’s my Ace PCK around 5 weeks 12/12. I have two different varieties here. A beautiful green one and a purple one that’s never been able to build a proper leaf. Even the cotyledons were disfigured. Decided to flower her anyway just for a laugh. I enjoy growing just as much as I do smoking it.

I hear you. It's the most beautiful and useful plant ever. I barely smoke at all. Maybe to test something new. Most of my weed goes for Christmas gifts. Lol

But growing is going to be my retirement hobby for sure.

Hello fellow Canadian,
That’s a great plan and exactly what I’m doing right now. I was forced to retire early because of an injury and use this amazing plant for pain, appetite, sleeping and entertainment lol

Cut the purple one with the leaf disorder at 9 weeks. She had a rough life but made it. In natural light it’s actually got some pink, red and purple.

The nice green one after 8 weeks started to get some purple on the main buds and underside of the higher leaves. I’ll post pics of that one when I chop down this weekend just shy of 10 weeks.

9 weeks 18/6 from seed, 9 1/2weeks in flower tent, 3 gallon coco. Really enjoying this plant from start to finish. Tried a test bud cut at 8 1/2 weeks last night and it has kind of a sweet and sour taste and smell. Kind of like a faint honey lemon. Really relaxing high. Perfect for an evening smoke that’s functional.

Topped down to third and forth node which had three branches.
Maybe a common trait for pck?
I’m growing a Malawi x pck beside it and she has three buds at each node.

Hey Dubi will any PCK standard seeds be released in the spring 2019?

Hi Mountainkush,

A pleasure to see you have had the chance to experience the green and purple PCK phenos in your grow. The green phenos are the better yielding, most resinous and stronger in effect, although the beautiful PCK purple phenos are the ones that caught most the attention of the canna community and therefore they are the most popular expressions. Hundres of growers are breeding and producing seeds with PCK nowadays.

The variegation of your purple pheno is quite common in the offspring coming from a specfic PCK parental plant we use for breeding, although in my own experience the best terpenes of the PCK line can be found in this variegated plants (cherry, strawberry and blackberry bubble gum).

PCK is a great strain by itself, very few hashplant indicas have such great mold resistance, but she really shines in her hybrids, especially when crossed with good and stable sativas.

Congrats on your harvest. Enjoy! ;)

Thanks so much Dubi, I’ve been enjoying the bottom of the plants while I wait for the rest to cure and they’re both pretty good. I’ve been mixing the purple one with my Lilly(original delicatessen) and the flavours/high mix perfectly.

Just bottled up my Malawi x Pck and tried a small piece too. Hits hard and tastes great. Definitely gets its flavour from the pck and power from the Malawi.
I’m pretty new to the growing part of this but will definitely be interested in trying some crosses of my own from your catalogue.

Hi friends. Have a handful of PCK about 10-12 days from germination. 100% germ rate for 1.5 year old seeds stored with no particular attention paid to preservation. Indoors under LED in light warrior/perlite/ewc. Feeding with about 1/4 strength GH Lucas formula for now. They're looking great for being so young. Two of them are showing extreme crinkly/crooked leafs and slightly slower growth. I expect that they will probably speed up once they grow a bit, maybe a week or so.

Trying for a harvest before July 4 for multiple reasons, so I won't veg more than two more weeks. Sorry for no pictures right now, but nothing exciting going on. I'll try to update here and add to the great pictures of this thread when I'm able to.

Hoping for a boy and a lucky girl to take them outside (12/12 all year out here) and make some seeds for many more runs.

Here are mine about 2.5 weeks from germ. Decided to top one of them to see how it would react. Just a couple days ago, so no noticeable growth from the sides yet. Probably going to 12/12 in a week. Would love to let them go longer, but this is the first grow in a long time and is just for fun to try things out and learn.

One of them is very crinkly (only pictured in the group shot), but is picking up speed. Another has had a weird yellowing since it was a seedling. Hasn't affected growth, it doesn't seem. Unsure if it was from light burn or maybe nutrients, but I repotted from FFOF over a week ago, so probably not that. Maybe just one of the weird inbred expressions? Not sure. I'm assuming it's something that I did, but unsure of what it may be.

These two could be a green and a purple pheno. They both look stunning!

Has anyone used a green pck to breed vs a purple one? I would like to know if I would find some purple expressions in f1s if I used the green one?

Wow, that's some early purple expression - hopefully it sticks around.

I'm almost a week into 12/12 and found 2 boys. The yellowing one and another otherwise very healthy one. The yellow boy got the axe, but the other one will live the rest of his life outside to collect pollen.

Still not sure about a female for him, though. I'm seriously considering the crinkly one that I presume is a girl since it hasn't shown any indication of being male yet. Probably not the best idea in terms of stability, but should make for fun offspring. From things I've seen, it appears that the crinkly trait carries through in crosses. We'll see.

The male. Excuse the fingernails. It's been stressful lately.

The (possible) pollen recipient. She's growing all kinds of fucked up, but I kind of like that. Makes for something different and I like different. If I ever get some Ducks again, that might be a fun project.

Have the rest of my stock I popped just before 12/12, so they are pretty much in flowering from seed. They'll take time to veg first, but shouldn't be too far behind. Also was able to get a Panama/DC to pop. Had a hell of a time with germinating those seeds, but they were pretty old.
