Heres all three sporting their new airpots after the masacre.... no pain no gain baby!

As I move through my genetics Ill swap out moms if/when a better one comes along. I only plan on keeping 4 moms. I want a sativa or possibly an extreme sativa dominant strain, a pure indica, and two hybrids. So Ill be comparing new grows to the current mom of that type and either keep the current title holder or swap her out for the new contender. Here they are underneath the T5 to begin the rejuvination! Below you can see the clones of the girls I currently have in flower .... sweet tooth plant A, B, & C, blue widow plant A & B, and my single AK 47. After flowering is completed Ill pick the best sweet tooth and blue widow and keep them as moms ... assuming the smoke is worthy in the first place:

Each plant is around 30" right now (which btw I hope they stop stretching soon I only have about 6" more of verticle room), and in 3 gallon containers under the 600.

Surely 2 OZ a piece should be do-able Ild think? That gets me to 12 zips ... Ill shit a brick if I hit an elbow lol

lets get.a.pic.of.how your light is hung an i bet i can give ya a bit more space. I've devised a few.ways to get a lil more ceiling space.

You'll definitely hit 10-12oz imo..

Could be more like 14-16oz with the 600w.

Very solid canopy for 14 days.

Arthritis ... ill try to get a pic tonight or tomorrow. The main problem is that my fan is so wide ....in combination with the wide reflector. If I could re-route the fan/scrubbed Ild get another 10" or even a bit more. I'm gonna have to put some thought into it cuz I'm running outa room quick!

When does the stretch stop typically? Around 3rd week?

FD - ya I could see getting 2-2.5 zips off the four in the back, the two up front are younger, smaller, and don't get quite as much light so maybe 1-1.5 off those as a rough... conservative guess. That still puts me at 10 zips at the lowest estimate and 13 at the top end.

Honestly ... I wouldn't be upset at 8 lol and I don't see how it could only be that unless something goes really south... I pulled 1.5 oz my first grow in a one gallon pot in a rubbermaid tub With a 18" plant! (Lstd low and wide)

ok here is what you do, get your pre filter and put it inside your filter to blow into it an rig your ventilation like the diagram....take some figure 8 chain like in the pic an rig it to the top of the light where the "a" shaped hangers are slid through, then use an appropriate sized "s" hook to connect to the top bars in ur tent.

However... that won't work.... I'm venting out the window and that design would require me to put the carbon filter outside, which isn't feasible. However I'm sure there's a way I just need to put some thought into it. ill get pics up soon.

Now that would work! I'm gonna rig up a rubbermaid container for the filter enclosure. that will give me a ton more room to work with in the tent. Great idea AS

You know what... doing it that way I could use a single 424 cm fan and fan controller too.... rather then two of them like I'm doing now. would save 100w+ of electricity and make the set up more simple.

The single 424 cm 6" fan should be enough to cool both tents I would think.

IRRIGATION SYSTEM INSTALLED

Its working fantastic too... I have a 400GHP pump in a 25 gallon res, Im using open ended stakes to disperse the water and a repeat cycle timer to control the pump. Currently I have the timer set to come on for about 45 seconds every 12 hours... giving the girls about 300-350 ML of water twice a day for a total of 600-700 ML daily.

Manually Ive been hand watering them at a quart a day, and every so often I give them a bit less so Im going to start at this level for now and watch them... if they need more or less Ill adjust as necessary.

I love this shit!

Up until now Ive been using apple cider vinegar to lower the PH of my tap water (PH is about 9!!!), does anyone know if I can continue to use it in my res or will that cause biological buildup in the lines and cause problems??

push them down till the bottom of the basket is at soil level an your set. Looks nice, also loop the main feed line to keep it from flowing when the pump turns off. Very clean bro.

so your not using any liquid fertilizers? how long did you cook the soil that you vegged with and did you water it before or during the cooking time thx

Smog.... not in my res anyway ... I do hit em with a shot of fish/seaweed here and there and ill do a Epsom salt watering next week but that will not be done through my res. the irrigation is for water only. I cooked my soil for about four weeks prior to transplanting at flower time. for veg they were in a different batch of cooked soil.

A few months ago I had a male ak pop up and collected some pollin . I have it in the fridge now and am thinking about pollination a side branch on my ak female for some beans. If I do that.... will it reduce the quality of the bud on the other branches?

Also... I figure ill take the plant out of the tent in another room and use a q-tip to dust the branch. I'm 2.5 weeks into flowering so should be about the right time. how long do I need to keep the plant out of the tent so spare pollin does get everywhere?
