Yeah the both of them do to be fair. That's why I up potted as it weren't looking how I hoped. No I haven't used that before. Worth a try? It was extremely root bound when I took it out of the pot. Does look happier this morning.

I use it. and I can recommend it. :D

no, it is not root bound imo. also your nevs malawi looks like it has same issue. lock out. hope you can stand a little critics :D hhaha.

and do you know what is ph of your water?

I have to say that your mango thais looked great. so I thought you dont have this problems at all. maybe it just looks like that from pics? I can be wrong of course, just judging it from pics.

So... to help me wait as the Mindblower finished up up may have plucked a small nug or two :D Quick dried in about 5 days and rolled into a small joint. I took Luna out for a walk and smoked it, I will hold off on making any comments about the high or smoke reports but lets just say it was a very good walk for both of us!

I used to test it when I first started but it was always around the 5-6 level anyway. So I've haven't checked pH. I'll dig my stick and see what's going on. All the others seem ok. At the moment 🤣

Ordered up 😁

this is from article from skunkmagazine about growing sativas. I dont say it is true, it is opinion of author. but anyway even if author is wrong, it is true that sativas like higher ph, so you should get water over 6.

"If your groundwater has a pH of around 7.0 (6.9 to 7.2) and a PPM value greater than 40, but less than 70 PPM, then your water likely kicks ass just like bottled spring water would. The 7.0-ish pH tells you there is likely a good mineral balance of calcium and magnesium, along with many others. Groundwater always has a wide array of trace and secondary nutrient values. If this water is city tap water, you will need to remove the chlorine (Monochloramine) using activated carbon filtering. Good water is literally all you need here. I mean, of course, Mother Nature’s definition of good."

this is nice to read too:

"Many peeps don’t think sativas are actually that potent—silly humans—because they have never actually smoked any that were grown with excellence all the way to a fully ripened harvest."

edit: original haze is textbook example of that statement. many people think original haze is not potent and not strong, because they have never actually smoked any that was grown properly.

Thanks for the advice man. I just looked up what the pH of my areas groundwater is and it states 7.6. Which may be why I can get away with just straight up water with many of the plants I grow. I grow in Coco and perlite.

I'm living out in the country and on a well so our pH is high and we have a lot of calcium. I stopped testing years ago. However, I do add a few drops of Cal-Mag to every watering because it seems like I can never get enough calcium, even with all different soil inputs. I will add a little dolomite lime to my next round and see if I can get things more balanced out. I could be wrong, but I believe the LED lighting may have something to do with it as well.

I see.. fertilizer has also influence on ph of water, it is the reason I dont use canna nutes. get your shit straight man :D

yes man, not sure if leds have some impact on ph levels, but sure plants need some more magnesium under leds.
