this is what my mix is going to probably be:

5x spaghnum peat
3x perlite
1x earth worm castings

and this is the additives i will add:

1 TBS/gal blood meal for N
2 TBS/gal bone meal for P (flowering mix only)
1 TBS/gal kelp meal or ground seaweed for K and trace elements
2 TBS/gal dolomite lime

is this a good mix?

You still would need a source of phosphorus in vegetative growth. Seaweed is high in potassium and blood meal is high in nitrogen. I dont think earthworm castings will contain enough phosphorus. Your recipe says bone meal for flowering mix only. Some guanos are high in phosphorus. You could use the bone meal or a guano. As far as rates to apply, I could not tell you.

Sprout has a point, you can use half the P in veg as they do use it.
I usually supply it lightly in veg with a tea but a sloid source i always a good idea.

C the above mix is perfect, use 1TBS of BM in the veg mix if you feel the need.

Maxi crop Liquid Seaweed 7.99 a quart. Best bang for your $ IMO. (water in)
Molasses-Blackstrap unsulphered 2.99 at grocery store. (water in)
Kelp meal (soil additive) K source, ground meal
Greensand added to the soil for long term release also provides K

Whip up a tea or add directly to your soil mixture.

Like V pointed out there a few sources of organic K and kelp meal is a great one, Maxicrop is also a great K source as are any liquid seaweed products.

Greensand is only of use in recycled soil systems, it takes a long time to break down and only shows it's benefits after being used once and composted multiple times.
