She's still doing surprisingly well despite the small pot:plant ratio.

Hi pedrero,

I'm glad to see you back growing hazes :)

I think is a good idea to transplant them in early flowering ... the lower leaves are starting to yellowing. They will flower happier after the transplant with a bit more of nutrients and a bit more of space for the roots. And they will reward you with a bigger and better yield.

Hi Sativied,

Thanks for sharing your progresses too. She looks under control :) Very happy and healthy in early flowering. Flowering will be long but looks like she can be a good yielder with the proper cares.

Hi dubi i have a femal oth clone taken from a plant in early flowerstage.
I was writing a few months ago(page 119) about some oth that never started to flower, she was one of them. A few weeks after the post they started to flower and i took clones.
She was outdoor till end of june and now indoor. She startet to reveg with one-fingered leafs and has now 3-fingered ones.

What do you think shoud i wait until she is more developed or can i take clones again and try to flower them. I dont want to make the same mistake again and flower a to young clone.

Thx willi

Hey dubi, unfortunately I no longer have space for her and she has to go. Had it diagonally in a veg space (400w) and can no longer justify using the space for it.

It does have a bunch of mature OT Haze x Silver Haze seeds I may pop some day.

She's been in the dark for three days

Hint: Use small pots for vegging at least if you want to create small plants. :)

I'm sure you've seen lots of people use one gallon or bigger pots from the start that end
up with plants that stretch big time. Control the root mass and you won't get trees.

Only problem I got with small pots is a lot more attention and watering. I normally run hydro organic but considering a quick one off old school Losttribe's poopoo mix for old times! The cindy's and pretty much everything love it I just dont have a way to water daily and with promix its usually necessary under hid's.

Have you ever thought of a sip setup? I use fabric pots that I sit on a bed of perlite. I use those clear storage containers. Fill it with perlite and then sit you pots on it. Water the perlite until its about an inch below the surface. The perlite will wick the water up to the pots, which will then take up what they need. You could probably go a few days between watering depending on how big of a reservoir you have them sitting on. I do this with moms in 2 gallon fabric pots.

Agree on the SIPs though I do things a little bit differently. My SIPs are wicking buckets with soil. They look something like this:

I've never had a watering issue since I've switched, just huge plants that grow at 110%.

hi dubi, friends :tiphat:

this sativas are skittish, i made some mistakes in the feeding schedule (actually no feeding, just water from the seeds). Some compost teas or guano teas would help but they are starting to mature (especially one of them) so i´ll watch and think in my next move.

18L pots, all organic

Yo Pedrero,

No worries man Oldtimer's Haze doesn't need a lot nutrients (check Ace websit if you don't believe me). It's more important to give the roots lots of space, like you did.
Next run you give them just a little nutrients once in a while. This will increase a bit, but I don't know how much. I guess it depends on the phenotype.

Parabéns Pedrero suas plantas estão maravilhosas. Estou ansioso por um relatorio de fumaça. To cultivando a Green haze x thai em guerrilha minhas plantas são muito parecidas com as suas, essas plantas aguentam bem nosso inverno.
Bons fumos.
