Nah, I dont rub at all, but my flex sucks balls because of my LCA's hitting on the lower coil bucket. I just bought a 220v Lincoln so thats all about to change. My summer plans are to narrow a HP44 to waggy width, that would give me 44's at both ends and force me to fix a few things.

As far as bushwackers and fender trim? It's just a waste of $$ for me. I never leave town in it and our fuzz dont care what your rig looks like, I live in a big wheeling area. If I leave town I just use the wifeys 4dr tacoma.

I have an 85 CJ7 I did a ground up rebuild on. I swapped in a fuel injected 350, T18 tranny and Dana60's with 38" MTR's. I love CJ's and will eventually own a CJ8.

Also have a 2000 TJ... and a landcruiser and 4runner.

Im partial to the full size waggys too. I had a 80 fullsize cherokee back in highschool, that thing was unstoppable. looked just like a stock version of the orange one(only black).

bringing this thread back alive. im a jeep head for sure. my first jeep was a wrecked 75 cj5. So i stripped it down, and built a custom rockcrawler out of it. got stock 304 v8 on propane. but ford t18 tranny to jeep dana 20 with tera low. then i stuck some 3/4 ton chevy axles under it with a spool in the rear, aussie locker in the front. rollin on 39.5 Iroks and beadlock rims.
pic was before it was finished.

getting ready to build a tube chassis soon.
