well, the roots are growin. my seed should be popping the surface within the day i think. I made a new shotglass plant because my old ones had some issues. 3 dried out. i'll have 5 plants going, 4 growing normally, 1 in a shot glass. All of mine dont have much root space, so this should be fun.

ok so i have a 1oz container now with 2 nozzles (that my buddy supplied from the grocery store veggie misters lol) and a hole at the bottom for drainage, i'm putting a purple haze (or so i've been told) into it once it sprouts. Sorry for the lack of pics but i dont have a digi cam. I have a few questions tho, how can i decrease the pressure on my pump to a nice light mist to it wont damage theroots? this is my first aero/hydro grow so i'm new at the pumps lol

the second of my two shot glass plants bit it while i was gone for 3 days.......stupid me wrapped the glass in electrical tape to block light..........the soil heated up and dried out and it was unrecoverable :/

if someone gets over a gram i wll be amazed. maybe so quick can come in and put us all to shame watch him get an oz and a half out of a one oz container lol. i think the best method would have to be some type of hydro (as it would limit root growth) and to flower unrooted clones. people flower unrooted clones all the time to discover sex.

Hydro, looks great! Nice job.

Northern greens, in answer to your question, if you install a tee in the pressure side tubing and a tee in the suction side tubing of the pump, join them together with a valve and tubing, then you can open and close the valve to bypass pressure back to the suction side and it won't load down and damage the pump.

Good luck.

I started with 1/2 a shot glass of soil, and when the roots showed, I removed the plant and then broke up the soil a little and then added more soil and put it back in the same shot glass and the plastic nyquil container.

So heres my entry, one seed took longer than the other to crack , and is a few days behind the other, but as u may see from the photo's this one will prob be taken out this pot n repotted n grown normally as its too good an opportunity to waste.. its got 3 cotyledons so lookin like its gonna be a tri foliate mutant(good stuff i have a branch from one normal plant that went tri rooting now, but this is from seed) anyhow onto the pics, and lets hope the one i have left will be a fem :biglaugh:
