The leds I found at WalMart are 16 & 17w - 1700lumens. There's some 150w equivalent that are 22-25w. They put out something like 2400lumens , ive only seen them online.

i still dont get why you dont remove excess leaves, some are blocking light and some are not getting any light at all
Some ppl like to defoliate, some dont. If its not causing issues with excess transpiration, and there's adequate air flower, I wouldn't worry about them. She's coming along very nice, Blynx!

Using Philips 8.5W 2700k with the plastic globe cut away.
About four bucks each at the warehouse store, set up
for me is a test for heat, they are very bright, no doubt.
What is recommended eye protection, I wonder.
130F at the socket, but easily managed with a small fan.

at with these bulbs, if you still running CFL, you're missing
the boat.

My other IP65 panel went out so I stopped by Costco and picked up a 10 pack of Feit 14w 5000k leds for $50 bucks. Now my veg armoire is complete - large veg is (10) 14w 5000k bulbs and small veg is (6) 8.5w 3000k bulbs:
My friend who used these 5000k bulbs in flower shows exactly what you'd expect in CFL 3k/5k results - slightly frostier plants with good dense buds. I can now say with certainty that you can both veg and flower very effectively with 5k LEDs (even cuts the stretch down a little bit).

I was counting on the mix of warm white and cool white for these
screw in LED bulbs.

only read the first page but i'm sold i'm buying a bunch of these LED's and some fixtures next trip to the store. i'm gonna do like 6 of these in my cab. how fortunate that i found this after just recently going back down to micro cabs.

great read....have been thinking of using a dead t5 setup and mounting some in a row for a trial...that way its easier to adjust them.....yeehaw

A general rule is 50 watts per square foot. For you would need 300 watts.

50 is the min, i did 80
My home store LED flowering area is 2.5 x 3.5 - lit by 9) 16w leds. Its MUCH brighter than my 240w Blackstar panel. 25w per sqft is as bright (or brighter) than you'll need.
