That all churches were highly suspicious

I'm not sure about that whole black soldiers thing. If you went to the website of the church and replaced every 'black' word with the word 'white', then it would surely cause an uproar, lol.

Obama and weed????????

Obama and weed????????

I see that posters have decided to move on without actually deciding how Obama will come out on the weed question..... Has he actually said that he will support and enact new legislation concerning weed? I have only heard from him and Hillary of how terrible the Republicans have led our country. I will never vote for a candidate who only tells how bad the last administration has done or their opposing candidate is doing. What I need to know is WHAT they, will do. For any candidate to base their campaign on bashing the past administration, or bash the opposing candidate for what they or their party has done, reveals to me but one answer. No plan of action. Obama, Clinton, McCain, Paul, or whoever, can't give streight answers for fear of offending a voter. Listen, I have formed these opinions over 50 years of voting for some winners and some losers, holding my nose and voting for a stinker, or simply choosing the best of the losers who are candidates. Start a new thread and get on subject. Hate and haters is emotional and we dont need emotion to enter into choosing a candidate, we need streight answers to basic questions. Example: What is your stand on Marijuana? Do you really think a candidate will answer that question.. if yours has answered that question, I ask you to quote him or her and reference your quote... yes I have already seen RP's. Gobbler

again you are assuming I support Obama

Give me a break - I'm not a fucking idiot KINGPIFF - I know what libertarianism is and I've been a libertarian long before Ron Paul came around as a presidential candidate.

Well the way you are coming at me I assumed you were supporting Obama. I was wrong SORRY. Maybe you are the one bringing shit off topic and not me.

I assumed you were supporting Obama that is why I did the little comparison between a liberal and libertarian. I know, I know I was wrong you don't support Obama.

Exactly. But there is 1 candidate who doesn't apply to what you just said. I voted for him in my primary and I will vote for him in the general election. If he is not on the ballot than nobody gets my vote. I don't vote for someone just because I think they could win.

I personally find nothing wrong with NAACP, UNCF, or any other grassroots organization or church that promotes upward mobility and assistance to those like themselves.
Is it wrong for Mexican's to promote mexican agendas? Is it wrong for Christians to promote a Christian agenda? HArdly!
Yet as soon as it's " A black Thing" White males become agitated and vibrate inside.
Why?
I have my own views and they mostly have to do with fear and ignorance, but that's another story.
As an independent i was unable to vote republican and therefore was unable to vote for my candidate of choice.
I think Mcain is a Washington POS, as is Hillary.
Obama is a nobody, I mean really what has he done? nothing at all. same for Hillary, Nothing!

It's another installment of who sucks worse.

A Liberal and Libertarian are the total opposite.

Liberal-
Liberals are in favor of government-funded programs, most specifically those that address inequalities that they view as having derived from historical discrimination. Liberals believe that prejudice and stereotyping in society can hamper the opportunities for some citizens.
For this reason, liberals have been labeled "bleeding hearts" and "tax and spenders" in reference to their support of public policies that address restricted access to health care, housing, and jobs.

Libertarian-
The political platform of the Libertarian Party reflects that group's particular brand of libertarianism, favoring minimally regulated, laissez-faire markets, strong civil liberties, minimally regulated migration across borders, and non-interventionism in foreign policy that respects freedom of trade and travel to all foreign countries.

There is 1 candidate running with a Libertarian view of things. I will let you decide that 1.

Unfortunately, many people are too stupid to understand the difference or are too busy whining about how they should get free health benefits to care.

why is having doing nothing in Washington a bad thing? I see Obama as freer of the lobbyist for it.

Obama works with lobbytists and special interests. just because he says he doesn't does not mean he is telling the truth.
How do you think he has raised so much campaign money compared to Hillary Clinton.
I am not nearly convinced on Obama.

They all do. Its considered a feather in the cap for a lobbyist to work on someones campaign.
The lobbyists cease all lobbying during their employment in these campaigns. However. . should the candidate you campaigned for win the office you have already won a great deal of leverage over other lobbyists.

Well, if that is the case and all the candidates have a lobbyist or two or three working on their campaigns, then all the candidates are equally in another's pocket at this point?

If this is true then what about before the candidates presidential campaign?

Doesn't Obama seem to have come up through the ranks way too quickly to have been as affected by politics (lobbyists, party circles, senate and house circles, any other influence) as the others? He was after all just elected to the senate in 05.

Wrong. Not every candidate still in the race has lobbyists doing their bidding.

So obviously Obama is going to win the presidency.
Does anyone know exactly where he stands on the marijuana thing?
I heard he smoked bongs and inhaled.

With hat in hand, I offer my deepest apologies. I violated the number one rule regarding posting/chat and that is:

Do NOT feed the trolls! :spank:

In my defense, it was late and I was tired and even though that is not an excuse, when I started reading your thread I allowed myself to get caught up in an argument with said troll. Again, I apologize to you and everyone else who posted here in good faith and in future will do my best to avoid giving credence to cretins by responding to their "odor." :noway:

first and foremost, i think everyone needs to get off their lazy asses and vote.

i checked the results of today's primaries in vermont, texas, and ohio.... man i think about 50% of ALL registered voters actually voted...

...thats whats wrong with this country... everyone is so fucking caught up in media and entertainment and video games that they dont go out and fucking make important decisions...

thats why our country IS where it IS. The rotten apples have slipped in. Im sure there are tons of intelligent people who could bring about a huge change in this country...too bad those people are wise.

to all you canadians... be on the lookout for an increase in population - the wise americans are on their way!!!!!

Hillary Clinton thanks Internet liars in her Ohio victory speech.

Hillary Clinton thanks Internet liars in her Ohio victory speech.

Well, she should have.

How else could people against NAFTA vote for a Clinton, unless they were worried about her opponent's supposed "muslim" beliefs?

:asskick:

Anyway, can we now have a Clinton and Weed thread, where we talk about Whitewater, Monica, Waco, Vince Foster, and speculate wildly about her husband, her sexuality, and her devotion to Satan?

What if one of Bill's girlfriends answers that call to the White House at 3am?

Why hasn't she denounced and rejected the support of racist, drug addict Rush Limbaugh?

Did she shoot Vince Foster on purpose or by accident?

haha you couldn't me any more right. Except I am looking into Argentina and South America. Expect a huge decrease in America's population in the near future. We are going to be the Illegal immigrants running across the border, not the Mexicans.
