That would be a bit of an upgrade from our current drone. Plus it would take some ground work for the two of us willing to ride the harness plus I don’t think our current pilot will fly helicopters and I’m sure the drone guy can’t handle the real thing. Better talk to Joe. 😊

Moved up the hill - to a bigger villa yesterday - has a much better pool - and more space - plus the view is wide enough encompassing the little bay - where the fisherman (mainly fishing for squid) live - I'll have a swim/workout then post some pics 📸 -
What are you spending on a daily basis for all this excitement?

It's a very laid back close protection security job - all expenses paid - plus it's rumoured that I'll also get paid at the end of it -

- I've been hired for a few of these tropical expeditions - over the past years - to travel with various groups - and keep them feeling secure and happy - whether its chasing monkeys away - or hauling a terrified and hysterical client out of the jungle - or just carrying bags when shopping/moving - I feel useful - and generally not stressed -

I've tried icing but I find any relief is very short lived.
I'm not sure which is best for which but as I understand it icing is only good for certain back pain problems where as a nice heating pad is best for others. Like for example, I think heat would be the answer for a pinched nerve as the heat might cause the area to relax and allow the nerve to become unpinched. On the other hand I think ice is more suited for muscle strain. I could be wrong though as I don't do either for my back pain as the pain meds I take do a good enough job for me. I just know that heat tends to make my body relax and ice tends to reduce swelling and numb soreness from over use which I derive from seeing athletes take a nice ice bath after spending the day doing what they do in their sport.
