after looking again, that pic is an amazing cluster of pods.
my current pics show a few pods scattered,.
ive had him in 24hr lite for weeks, and he's actually about 3-4 months old by now. (i slowed his growth with low watt CFLs waiting for the group and a real 'plan')
how fast do those pods develop? i figure his genetics are pushing to make them even tho he's in 24 hr sun. i'm hoping he'll jump up when i flip to 12/12.

Oh, I'm sure he'll jump!

A few clusters are easier to watch than a whole bunch. I strip off all but the very top.

About 2 wks 12/12, start manually picking off each individual male "pod" that looks like it' might be ready to open.
Do this for as long as you're able to keep up with it.
Usually, thats only 2-3 wks 12/12.
Then, bag it up for a week, or so.

More pods will develop.
The more mature ones will open & release the pollen into the bag.

I've always ended up with WAAAY more than I needed.

Once, I just put the whole bag over a cola & seed the whole brach.
I got 1,000s of seeds!

These days, I apply manually & still get WAAAY too many seeds!

at this point, i expect only 1 of these to survive., so, no matter what, there is another opportunity, if needed.

well, no, not a co-op.
situations sometimes present friends with circumstances, such as we have here.
My homie, Whiskey had a mishap and lost the majority of his stock of beans.
One of the strains lost, he just happened to send to me, 2 generations back (NCDG(F3), which became id10t). Ironically, I was in the process of growing out a male I found in this batch for crossbreeding at the time this all happened.
I honestly never intended this grow or diary to take on this direction, but, I'm all about Karma and Fate, so, I let the Fates decide.
Well, as I was growing out a few females, I saw the 2 phenotypes right in front of me, as I had heard about in some of WT's posts about this strain. So, it became obvious that I was going to try to help my buddy in his time of need.

as to my lil 'area 51 volunteer' status by my avatar, well, I am flyin the logo, growin the beans, and helpin a friend, so, I took some poetic license, and my buddy hasnt objected. But if you ask me, I am dam proud of it.
