def different than the mexicna food we ahve here
/dont want to start in on should chili ahve beans, that would be trollin

marinated pappers and assorted goodies!
that lasagne looks incredible!
was it like rolled into a big log and cut into sections?!?
ive never seen lasagne like that before

Yea some people can also handle withdrawals from not smoking better then others. If the person has health problems then it can be life threatening for them to quit.

That would definitely be a big concern running a Cannabis growing operation like this is to make sure that you know all those who you're working with and can best cater to them for the most optimal results!

I think the rules posted on the thread are pretty basic for any professional work environment and the notion that trimming is a fun social experience or some kind of party is ignorant of the realities of having 10-12 people in their space working for 8-12 hours a day in close proximity

And now we have his new handle ;)
Trimming is not "a fun social experience " it suck hairy sac. Anything the grower can do to alleviate tha suckage is just common curtesy.

Skippy follow any of you foodies home too?? Or was it my mention of hookers??
Had to cross a lovely young lady off my potential next X wife list...
Hot hot hot smokin hot but?????? "I don't like BBQ" that ran me off when "go away u nasty ole man" just made me try harder ;)
"I don't like BBQ"???? What the Fuck!!

The only thing the grower is responsible to do is to provide the work in an organized fashion, make sure there's enough turkey bags, alcohol, paper towels, a clean place to use the bathroom , drinking water , and to pay in a timely fashion. The notion that meals , massages , free weed , free alcohol , and WiFi should be par for the course is the idea of entitled non permanent non skilled labor...aka trimmers. If they want to make less per unit then those things can be provided for them otherwise it's like any other migrant labor situation ...work and get paid for it...everything else is up to the individual to provide for themselves

On break yea. During work no. Magazines brought to job sites usually end up in poor condition.

How many groups of people did you reference in that post? There is nothing common about courtesy which is something you make apparent in each of your threads and posts, which always seem to be a dis on people you expect not to reply back to you.
