Jacksonville and Jackson Hole are different places. I lived north of Jacksonville FL in Fernandina Beach for a while. Jackson Hole is in Wyoming and it is located along the way to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks.

Buzz, you must have had an interesting life.

It is not over yet, @Bababooey . There have been some interesting moments along the way. Stories come attached to all the years. Barefoot in a white robe was one of the moments.

Ive heard of jackson hole and driven through wyoming before on a road trip, i think we stopped in billings or bozeman montana to overnight at a hotel. It's some beautiful country for sure. You ever watch that show Yellowstone with kevin costner? That's a pretty good show.

Yeah dallas jumped out to a big lead over the rams who scored a couple times to bring it closer before stafford hurt his thumb. Kirk cousins also tore his achilles so the fantasy values of justin jefferson, jordan addison, puka and kupp are going to take hits after this.

Lions and raiders doesnt seem all that appealing but jimmy g should be playing so maybe the raiders can make it competitive, at least devante adams should put up some points.

Yeah DB, MNF will be on abc all year i think so u can watch all the games if u want, although a lot of times theyre not great games. I dont think they can be flexed either like some sunday night football games.

Janine garappolo is funny/sad, Pops. Raiders are the worst offense in the league, even more than pats, giants, steelers. Browns and bears have bad offenses too but not that consistently bad. For a veteran QB u think jimmy would be better than he is. For a head coach with an offensive background you would think josh mcdaniels would be a better playcaller too. Where's subrob when u need his take on things? Im sure he's disgusted. On the bright side they can look forward to a new coach and QB next year.

Buckeye might be waiting on the OSU/Michigan game for his next football post. I wonder what he thinks of the cheating scandal that michigan is involved in, sending people to tape the signals of future opponents.
Deshaun watson is dealing with a shoulder injury that's bad enough to keep him out of games, although supposedly doctors cleared him to play weeks ago. Some sort of bruised rotator cuff? He might be dogging it cause his contract is fully guaranteed for 3 more years but im reminded of andrew luck's shoulder injury he played on in 2015-16, kept getting worse and might have aggravated it snowboarding in the offseason before finally having surgery and being out for a year.

That was me on a very happy day, Bababooey. Apology accepted. LOL! I get the Bucs or sometimes Falcons since I live so close to the Georgia line. No ayahuasca involved on the white robe adventure. A bit of Crazy for Christ was happening then. I left Fernandina Beach in April and ended up in New York City for the Bicentennial. Police scraped me up off the street corner in front of the World Trade Center and gave me a ride to Bellevue. A few weeks later I was released and went on my way towards Venezuela. I got as far as the Panama Canal Zone where the road ended. Got back to the USA thanks to my Nana, and picked up a park ranger job in Key Largo.

@pop_rocks The snakeskin was in my father in law's stuff. My wife brought it out to show a friend of ours and he suggested making a hat band. He has a friend who did the work. It's a Canebreak rattler also called a Timber rattler. 8 rattles and a button imitate the sound of my brain bouncing off my skull.

Very cool story btw. So u were heavy into religion at one point? Did the whole speaking in tongues and faith healing razmataz? And then became a forest ranger? That seems like an interesting job, a friend of mine was interested in doing that. I think he wanted to write novels while hanging out deep in the forest. Lots of alone time I imagine, but probably more work than you would think.
And black powder weapons are always neat, although breathing in all that smoke if you fire a lot cant be good.

Went trick or treating with a friend’s kids on Sunday, lots of barbie costumes and saw 2 little girls wearing kelce #87 chiefs jerseys. If kelce’s getting a cut of his jersey sales then he must be raking in the bucks with all
the gaylor fans buying his jersey.

The raiders have a rookie QB, Aidan O'connell, who looked decent in the preseason but pretty rough in the regular season. Still, if jimmy g and hoyer arent long term options, might have to roll with the rookie and suffer the growing pains.

I thought the bears could beat the chargers because the chargers would charger like they always do, turns out the bears out-chargered the chargers.

It's been pretty cold here, DB, even snowed a bit. It's supposed to be a warm winter without much snow so hopefully we'll get some better weather soon.

I was a park ranger in NE Florida, single, bicycle and backpack to get around town for grocery shopping and doing laundry. I had an apartment inside a civil war fort and the state charged me $42/month for rent including utilities.

The three upper windows to the left of the flag pole were my apartment living room and bedroom. The windows are tall enough to stand up on the sill without crouching down. That was handy on the back side of my apartment. The bathroom window looked out across the Cumberland Sound and Cumberland Island is in the right background past the cannons on the wall. I watched Freighters, tankers, shrimp boats and the occasional nuclear sub heading out to sea. From the same window I could check the tides for the "fishing magic moment" that my neighbor next door told me. When the tide level reached a certain spot on a set of rocks several hundred yards west of the fort it was time to get out there. In the autumn and winter months I caught speckled trout on the west side, and in the summer flounder moved into the same set of rocks on the east side.

Beach people are different. I fit right in. The largest trout I caught was 29.5" long and she weighed 9 pounds. I cut open a brown paper grocery bag and laid the fish on it. Then I traced around the profile of the fish with a sharpie. After cleaning the fish I folded up the slime smeared paper bag and tucked it onto my bicycle. I rode from the fort to The Family Tree, "purveyors of fine food and spirits", to celebrate my catch. The fish tracing earned me free drinks.

I imagine Buzz is more spiritual now than religious, but i could be wrong.

You have a good imagination, and you are not wrong. One day I drove to Jacksonville with a Purchase Order for sandblasting grit.

It's usually not too bad here in Boston it was 80 the other day . I officially have pants and socks and sneakers on instead of shorts and flip-flops. November 1st. On the first of My Three Mile walks for the day. Wearing my puffer jacket zipped up all the way. Ran out of tobacco had to go grab a can of Copenhagen. At like 8:30. Went to bed at like 6:00 7:00 last night. Football tomorrow night on Amazon not sure who's playing. University of Mississippi is ranked number 11 not sure why they're not like number five or two or something.

I have until February 15th or something to get my driver's license I have my learner's permit but I have to take my road test to pass to get my license. I've been putting it off and putting it off I don't know if my mom's car would make it I know you can use a rental car if you have permission from the rental company to use it as a test vehicle or whatever. There's some family friends that I could have there I could use their car. I have to get it done you have no idea how hard how difficult the Learners permit test was can't let it go to waste
