me and a buddy went to this chineese place and just kept eating and just having fun
at one point they were like you have to go and my friend got a little pissy saying how it was all you can eat, but we still had to leave
applebees,chilis, tgi fridays are fun sort of places but their food is dorm room shit, stuff hawk can whip up for half the price
/wings, fries, burgers?
now im kind of hungering for a seafood platter from red lobster! fried everything from the sea all on one plate
joes crab shack is ok, no that good for what you pay
we have places like that out here in san diego, one is the boiling crab

i love king crab but its just too expensive.i could eat at least 2 king crabs.and dont get me started on blue and dungeness crab.i could eat at least 5 of those and by the time i cracked open the 3rd one im back to where i started on the hunger scale.

Earlier in the wk the line was Minny +7.5, that would have won. That backdoor cover TD with 1 min left to go was pretty predictable, cousins was on fire in the 2nd half.
Haha, ur right about gambling Pops but I just do it for fun, plus I had some bonus bets I had to use up this week. So far ive been breaking even or slightly up so it hasn’t been all bad but it is somewhat more stressful watching games, ill concede ur point that it makes it slightly less enjoyable.

I like the cheddar biscuits at red lobster, those were always good but probably easy to make at home. Or like Hawk said they sell the box mix in groceries. U guys ever make biscuits from scratch? It's surprisingly easy, just need flour milk and butter.
Doesn’t applebee’s like microwave most of their food? Back in the day all these places would scratch make everything but in the name of profits everything comes bagged and frozen and ready to reheat.

Herbstreit’s been doing college football for a long time, now he’s doing nfl. He’s alright, I guess he was a good college player back in the day? Most of the college announcers were better known as college players, not so much nfl, guys like mark sanchez, tim tebow also does some college football stuff.

I wish I could have hung out with u and ur 650lb buddy back in the day, hawk, sounded like some real wild times. Got kicked out of red lobster for all u can eat shrimp that he was taking the breaking off of? Lol that’s some TPB stuff for sure. I would have been stuffing extra shrimp into ziplocs in my pockets, gotta get that take home going.

This is a week where I’ll see if my Browns have really changed. The defense looks like it is elite. The only issue is that just like the Browns have the Bengals number, the Steelers have had the Browns number. These division games are always close even when one team is far superior to the other.
The thing is that I’ve always liked the Steelers and with Tomlinson as the coach, they usually put up a good fight. The 49ers looked like the best team in the league against the Steelers and the Steelers looked uncharacteristically unprepared. I also think their offensive coordinator is not very good.
As bad as the Steelers looked last week, I don’t expect the same type of performance this week. If however the Browns defense shows up like it did last week, I don’t see that Steelers offense doing much. Speaking of offense, I sure hope the ball was slippery last week because Deshaun was throwing balls in the dirt. Burrow was way off too so it’s kind of a wait and see thing this week.
Chubb will be Chubb and get his like he ALWAYS does against everyone. If you watch him every week like I do, it’s clear he is the best back in the league and this year the Browns are also throwing him the ball. He could have an mvp year if the Browns roll. If Deshaun can get it going this team will be a tough out all year.
Also giving a shoutout to my other sentimental picks this year. Let’s go Lions, Jaguars, Dolphins. The one thing you can usually tell about how a team is going to do in a season, even after one game, is if the defense is dominant, they will have a good season. I went into this season thinking the Eagles were a clear favorite in the NFC. Cousins carved up the Eagles and that bothers me.
The Patriots, not an offensive juggernaut, played them tough and that bothers me. Now I think it is going to be either the 49ers or Cowboys in the NFC. I know the Giants offense is weak but damn the Cowboys defense crushed them.
Even though there was A LOT of shitty play last week, I think this year could be one of the best seasons the NFL has had in a long time. I think there a bunch of teams that have talented rosters and with only a few superior teams, I think the rest of the league has good parity.

All I can say about the Browns that I know for sure is that Kenny Pickett may not live to the end of the game this week. That defense is REAL! Kenny better get rid of it fast or put on his track shoes and get the hell out of there because they will be comin hard.
I’m a hard critic of the Browns and not a homer. When they stink I’ll be the first one to tell you. I believe in telling it like it is, I don’t make excuses for my team and don’t sugar coat it. Losing a bunch over the years makes you that way. The defense is real!
Myles Garrett had 16 sacks each year the past two years and believe me when I tell you that the rest of defense sucked. Opposing teams had no one to worry about but him. They would chip him and then double team him and he still got 16 sacks. They added Za’Darius Smith to the defensive line. Smith a Pro Bowler last year in Minnesota. Smith recorded 10 sacks on the season, along with 15 tackles for loss and one forced fumble. Smith also brings versatility to the table. He isn’t just a one-trick pony, you can expect to see him all over the line of scrimmage and even off of the ball. His versatility and flexibility will give DC Jim Schwartz a mold of clay to be aggressive and create unique matchups along the line of scrimmage.
They also added Dalvin Tomlinson to the defensive line to stuff the run. He was also a Minnesota starter last year. They list him at 324, yeah right, and he has already made a big difference against the run. So now the offense can’t concentrate only on Myles and last week Burrow had ZERO time to do anything.
The biggest difference the Browns made in the off season was hiring Jim Schwartz as the defensive coordinator. He built that Eagles defense that went to the Super Bowl last year and the defense is completely different this year. Night and day. Garrett may get 20 sacks this year. Oh and they so got a starting cornerback from Kansas City, Juan Thornhill. It’s not the same old Browns this year.

Ritter played at Cincinnati and did really well. He brought a lot of joy to people in Ohio so I’m rooting for him to do well with Atlanta. They are favored tomorrow by the way against Green Bay. Atlanta has been predicted to win 9 games this year so things are looking up for them. Wasn’t it just a few years ago the Falcons were in the Super Bowl? So I don’t associate the Falcons as always being terrible.
So if someone has a different opinion than you about a team or the league you feel the need to start name calling? Relax man it’s just a game and it’s for entertainment. I’m going to have fun watching games and I hope you do too.
