What's the over/under on the packers-falcons game? 70, 71? Is that too low?

Mike Tomlin, the steelers head coach, called the patriots a s s h o l e s.
Other than the fact that the pats are their competition this week, he was probably just salty that the pats get an extra day of rest since they played saturday and the steelers played sunday.
But if anything, the steelers had an advantage in that they knew the patriots won saturday, while the patriots had to wait till sun night to see who they were playing. Not that the steelers were game planning for the patriots before their game against the chiefs, but im sure they had some video assts splice up patriots footage during that time...

I don´t want it, but maybe Steelers vs. Packers in the superbowl? It´s gonna be tough for the Packers against the Falcons. The same for the Steelers against the Patriots. If the Falcons are against the Patriots in the superbowl I am for Atlanta. :)

I think people figured out belichick was a luddite when he body slammed a surface tablet during a game earlier this year. For some reason they keep freezing on him or something (probably cause he keeps accidentally touching it in some way), and he went back to paper printouts of the action on the field instead of seeing them on tablet like every other coach in the league does.
And he's so reticent with his media obligations, you think he's going to open a twitter or facebook account? "Hey, here's what i had for breakfast this morning. Here's tom brady in practice. Here are my thoughts on politics." No. Way.

Steelers Packers would be a rematch of the superbowl 5-6 years ago. As a Bears fan i cant get behind a packers super bowl run. I also dont particularly want the patriots or steelers to win it, but if it was to be an afc team, i guess the steelers would be my choice (sick of hearing how great brady and the patriots are, we get it alright). So I guess that makes me an atlanta fan. Their defense played well against seattle but face a tougher task against the packers and whoever their opponent in the super bowl will be, so i have a hard time believing theyll win it all. But hey, they got a chance.

Speaking of atlanta, isnt kyle shanahan supposed to become the niners new head coach? Unless thats some premature rumor that jed york is floating out there in some misguided attempt to make himself look good.

I find myself going for Mattie Ice because of BC, he finally has enough weapons. I think the Packers would be a smidge easier tho, but Go f'n Pats! Let it snow! (I haven't seen the weather forecast, it's probably fine)...

That's a nice figure of aaron Rodgers, Herman, although it should really be doing the discount double check...

The pack were down 24-0 at halftime and that was all she wrote; they played the falcons even in the 2nd half but really, giving up a 24 pt lead at halftime to that offense, there was no way they'd be able to score and get enough stops to get back into the game.

The pats did their job, they were helped by leveon missing most of the game with a groin strain, but really the steelers, for all their talent, some games just look flat on offense. They couldnt get into the endzone against the chiefs, and couldnt get enough going on offense to make it interesting against the patriots. But Ben and co. were gracious after the loss at least.

So now we have the #1 and #2 offenses in the league going against each other in the superbowl. The Patriots havent faced an offense like atlanta's in the playoffs yet; even though they led the nfl in scoring defense during the regular season, i think the pats faced the worst group of offenses during the season. So i dont expect them to hold atlanta under 20, or even 30 pts...

Atlanta's defense during the regular season was bottom 10 in the league in DVOA, whatever that means, but theyve looked pretty good during the playoffs, getting pressure and forcing turnovers against the hawks and packers. So i like their chances of getting a stop or three against a good offense like the patriots.

Patriots are favored by 3 in the superbowl, i think atlanta wins by 3-7 pts. But patriots fans can tell me how stupid i am for doubting tom terrific and the hooded genius belichick...

I'm not going to enjoy beating Matt Ryan, Boston college is a sister school to my high school...shit

It would have been nice if he got Pittsburg, but got Achilles and his myrmidons....Ha!...way it goes

A few nights ago, went out to celebrate something and a Giants Fan was pissing along side me, and unlike any I meet online, he was quite nice and cordial. Said he is a Giants fan, as I later saw from his jersey, and said I think how he was impressed with Brady and the team, and I know he said he was supporting the Patriots. Oh before now I hated Giants and their fans, but this guy was alright if he was not putting me on. He seemed genuine, but baffled and confused I did not talk much and thanked him and he said it would be a good game and I went on my way. My bro said all kinds of harsh things when I told him about it, but I think that guy was sincere and alright. I can't forget the past when accidents "won" superbowls, where my bro ran for miles in frustration at like midnight and I broke a plate and my mother died a few months later after being very sick and witnessing this. I know we won one just barely most recently, but it would be good to win this one and Show Goodell how mistaken he was, especially after dodging death and seeing ambulances that day and today but that is another story... GO PATRIOTS!!!

If that was meant to turn the Patriots into an underdog we can all cheer for- FAIL!

Screw the Pats and screw Tom Brady and his deflated balls!

Even Achilles had a weakness.

It's hard to believe a giants fan would be rooting for the pats, but since they have 2 superbowl rings at the expense of the pats, and the pats routinely beat up on the jets, maybe it's possible...

It would be epic if the pats won the superbowl, and during the award presentation brady turned to goodell, grabbed his crotch, and said 'hey roger how 'bout you check out these balls?'. Thats the only way i would be happy with a patriots victory.
