New part-time thread.

Hi all, I've been repotting and stocking the flowering closet, so here's an update.
My smokey girl clone, rooted no problem, so I repotted her and carried on vegging her until she got to this point.
Then I took another clone from her, the central stem again, and that is now (hopefully) rooting. Last time she grew out of control, so this time, she has been repotted again, and is now in flowering, she is still very small, but that gives her room to grow.
The 2 young offspring from her, have also been put into a tub and are waiting to sex, here is a pic of the closet left and right looking in from the back.
ok I've seen that done better too, but hey ya get the idea.
top left bruised nuts girl, bottom left the smokey girl clone, top right a very weak looking tri bruised berry, bottom right the offspring sexing, just peaking in at the bottom, another of my earlier crosses, labled E plant in the evolution thread. well thats my thread updated, time to get on with my day.

I had everything too close and so to try to get enough light, everthing has really stretched, so I spaced them out better and now a few cuts have rooted, killed a couple off. I'll do an individual update on the plants at some point, but for now just another look at the bruised nuts, My fave so far.

Id grow a strain like that anytime. I especially like the leaves of a few of them, like maple leafs it seems Trifoliates are amazing and beautiful

Well, after pimping my thread in the chat room last night, I thought I should at least put in the effort to do a propper update, so here we go with all the girls in the cab. I'll start with the star of the show again from the same angle as the last photo in order to show a little development, and then from another couple of angles so you can see her properly.
So that's the bruised nuts girl updated.
Now, smokey girl has made a come back in the form of a clone, last time I topped the hell out of her, so this time I thought I'd just let the clone grow as it wanted to, that was a mistake as it needs topping in order to keep it under control, her she is,
now when I made the smokey girl seeds, I also did another cross with the same father but a sister of her mother, the same strain but a different plant, I am trying out 2 of the seeds for the first time. I wanted to see how they would grow if left naturally, another big mistake, they also need to be tamed early on, and I didnt tame them, I also forced them to share a tub, as I really expected one to be a boy and then didn't kill either of them when they both turrned out girls, oh well live and learn, here they are.
Appologoes to any dial uppers, I know this post will cause steem to flow from the modem.

The way I've decided to try to tackle the problem was to cut off the lower branches, and tie the top of the plant to a cross support at the back of the cab. Hopefully, the mid range branches will become new tops and fill in with bud. Hopefully the tops will also start to point upwards again soon. Here's a pic.

That should work fine - had to do something similar with my last am99 - tied 3 branches horizontal with copper training wire at 29". Developed a buncha new tops at a good height. Gonna be a bushy beauty!
Hey MGJ, well they both did what I wanted, although moving them about a bit i clipped one on the hps bulb and burnt her top a little, never mind though. They were all overlapping so much I decided I was shooting myself in the foot a little by putting more in there than normal, so I kiled my least fave in the tub off. So the lucky survivor in that tub now has plenty of leg room and the others have a bit more breathing space. A quick update of waht they look like today.
Thanks Sleepy, I normally do the tub thing, but thought I'd give a bucket a try this time around too, just to play, now I'm thinking fo getting some more buckets as that plant is loving it.
I'm hoping the lazy girl in bondage does bush up a little, not sure I like her yet, lets see how good she is on her back hey!
