"Their suspensions to practice medicine have been lifted pending investigation, but they will not be allowed to prescribe marijuana." :dunno: if the judge agreed they were good doctors why not just drop the case entirely?

Judge said they should have dismissed the case entirely.

the judge re-instated the suspension against the Doctors. He basically said he didn't have the "power" to dismiss the case and said the doctors have to go through the legal system/process.

Basically the judge washed his hands of the cases in the blood of the states boards victims.

Hey Guys, How about a bunch of Colorado growers get together and start proposing changes?

I always felt something was wrong with A64...so much so i admit i voted against it. Not because of the cannabis at all but because i hate the fact that only big guys could get licenses.
My Med. Lic. is only for 24 plants....I admit that this year it has hurt me not being able to batch seed start for better selection but i still think it is a fair conservative number for a personal grow. I always felt the 6 plant thing needs to be tossed fast and hard.

This is what i think might work, please argue points that might need changing.

1) Any grow of 25 plants or less must be considered a "personal" grow with no taxation or registration.

2) Any grow of 26 to 50 plants should be considered a hobby grow. This one will have registration required (but fees under $100 per year) and the ability to sell through a processing center to collect taxes.

3) Any grow of 51 to 100 plants should be considered micro-consumer grow. They should have full registration. Be given lea-way in the regulatory status as non-full time cultivation while following similar health regulations. Limited fees to about $500 per year plus all taxes through processing centers, or other sales points.

4) anything over 100 plants is a commercial grow and should stay as is.

It is a day-dream, but not such a bad one nor unattainable.

Hypothetically, 100 plants isn't shit if you make seeds, or are looking for keepers worth a shit. Let's add another 0 to your number and then we may be in the ballpark. :)

I haven't posted in a while on here but I have something special I'd like to share.

My Cookies and Cream pheno 5 I hunted was featured on High Times Magazine's instagram account. By far one of the best strains I've grown to date.

There is no way you are going to convince any stuffed shirt politician that 1000 plants is anything but a full on commercial grow. Trying to do so would jeopardize any chance to make a change.
I do very small seed collecting on 18 plants (my Lic. is 24 but grow area barely holds 18,perfect would be 12), but i do admit that is part of why i am in such bad shape this season.
Is there any way to do it with 200 or less?
Maybe put in a class of "research" breaders? Some-one else is going to have to come up with reasonable minimal numbers that might keep politicians happy...I don't know enough about it to come up with good numbers. But i do know they are going to want more money on registering them since they are most probably for profit. Arguing about that will mean nothing gets changed.

What I find with making seeds is you need way more veg than flower. To me the veg plants shouldn't count. They should only count flowering plants.

To you and me this makes sense but not to a politician. Is there something you could come up with that would make both sides happy?
Remember that getting a small concession now could lead to bigger better ones later.
That is what the Colorado growers need to rally behind...Take steps. Take time. But do it slowly so they can't see your ultimate goal.
Play their game against them.

Naaa... the only way to make it fair for everybody is full on no plant count removal of regulations for individuals.
Then, open a place were those individuals that overproduce for personal needs can move their product into the market via legal means. Limit the amount that personal growers can move to the open market to a small amount (say 10 lbs or less per year) such that these individuals arent running commercial ventures behind the scenes.

Those that wish to pursue commercial operations, no matter the scale, should absolutely be licensed & regulated & inspected regularly to the Nth degree.

Please STOP asking for unconstitutional regulations for free men & women.
You will get what you ask for!

Play their game against them.

Problem is two fold...
#1... this isn't a game... this is real life...
#2... The gov didn't take "steps" to make this plant illegal!

& a third issue... my friend alerted me to...
We aren't dealing with a "legal system"...
We ARE dealing with an "illegal system"!!!

We don't need to play the game against them either.
We need to FORCE THEM TO PLAY BY THE RULES THEY ARE GIVEN!!!

Love the way you used those SS kitchen racks!
Ladies are looking lovely as well.

The racks can be modified with things like wheels, so says some of the papers that come within the box. I remember seeing the garden at Sensi seed's shop in Amsterdam and they had their tables on wheels.

The shelves are so much lighter then a couple of wooden tables would be.

I just chopped my first light dep harvest a couple days ago and am waiting on them to dry before trimming. Probably gonna start on the OGKB 2.0 tonight.

Just did the notill thingy and potted up the teens into the existing 10 gallon totes from the last run. I was disappointed to see small bits of mold on at least the Daywrecker, hopefully not much else. Because of this I was sure to buck off all fan leaves and dry quicker than I normally would have.

I'm really excited for this next run in the greenhouse but am already concerned with mold issues popping up again. I think I'm going to get an oscillating fan to put in there but I have to start planning for when I will have the windows shut and humidty will rise and get cold in there at nights. I could get one of those oscillation tower heaters but that won't help humidity...

Before I forget, strains this round are OGKB 2.0, The 3, SFVOG, Garlic Breath, Sour Dubb, Chem91 SkunkVA.

I'm thinking stretching has pretty much slowed down/stopped on my full season plants too and they are looking happy enough but I'm still fighting off grasshoppers. I have it to where I'm spraying enough but they are leaving the leaves alone but scalping all the bark off the limbs. Craziest shit, I'm hoping they are starting to slow down though...

How is everybody else doing?
