Nevilles Haze X Everything....

This was one of the Lucy x SFV Bx2's I ran. All 6 looked more or less like this one. People tell me that if it hadn't come from somebody they knew they might not smoke the Lucy cocaine version because it smells almost like ether or toluene, it's a very peculiar odor I've never found in any other plant. She makes great crosses so I'm looking forward to running the Nevs Blueberrry x Lucy's I made.

yes but if it has heavier buds it should outyield it, and that is remarkable thing hehe maybe not twice but still.

she is finicky, that is why when i read somebody states that got something better than sourD from sourD cross, i have suspicion they didn't grow ecsd properly. Im very suspicious naturally, but on the other hand i think anything is possible.. sure its impossbile to duplicate terp profile of phenotype, still one can find something that is same level of loudness and deliciousness. it needs just right numbers or luck.

im personally searching for individual that is more fuel/diesel than ecsd. but at the same moment doesn't smell like chemdog..

That is a beautiful flower amigo!
That solvent/fuel smell mixed with the camphor of the Nev Blue is almost a "like + like" kind of combo.
Did you make any other crosser with the Nev Blue?

Curious how the Lucy x SFV bx cross smelled compared to the original cocaine momma.
Is my FriscoBoy anywhere in the line of the SFV BX?

It's hard to remember to be honest but I think it had a more regular "kushy" type of smell than the Lucy mom. The Lucy mom has an odor I've never found in any other plants I've run but as the years pile up it's hard to separate what I remember and what was really happening. Sometimes I worry that I remember things that didn't happen and forget things that did...
What's happening now I can tell you for sure. This contender for the biggest fan leaf of all time, combined with one of the thickest stems, makes for a plant bulit like a brick shithouse as they say. Dogstars Sour Bubble x Blueberry in a hugo rockwool block on a bed of hydro corn. The picture doesn't pass on the reality but it's close.

Heh,think you got those pole statured phenotip that have fat corn stalk...

if so you will get some tight hard buds that can exchange colour on purple-black
in the end,couchlock par exellance.

Sour Bubble in that cross give those huge leafes that shade everything around,you can
defoliate her if you wish so a lower parts get more light,know that SB answers positive
on defoliation,she yields than lot more better.

Look good on amounts of N as they can claw cause of Blueberry Indica side
of genetics,DJ Short Blueberry is a easier feeder than SB side,

what i wish to say is they love everything but not too much N in their feeding formula.

I hear ya on the yoyo-ing temps this winter - my trusty ceramic heater I've used in my grows for 20+ yrs died on me and it's been a bear zeroing in on my manual adjustments.

Often gets into the high 50's w/ the lights off. Producing some very colorful buds tho.

I had a friend who was a serious huffer. He started doing it while being a house painter and following his brush with his nose and eventually he was huffing a quart a night of toluene, sitting in his car with the windows up and a soaked rag in his lap. He claimed to be having communications with the ancient spirits of the pine trees the solvent was made from. He finally switched to crack and he's actually still alive...
This Orange Kush is going off the charts as far as fast flowering, massive stretch and overpowering smell. Sure, she's fairly leafy but I've been defoliating a handful of fans everyday so I don't shock the plant. I just took this picture at day 36 of 12/12. No PM in sight!
Not sure when she'll finish but I'm guessing around 60 days. I've had a ton of entertainment watching this thing grow, esp after running Nevils hybrids all winter. Luckily for me I did run all those hybrids because about 75% of the plants with Nevils Haze in the gene pool were 95-100% resistant to PM and some of them, for a sativa type of smoker like myself were just so great. I have so much in my fridge I can't fit anymore and thousands and thousands of seeds. It wouldn't be too difficult to find one that had 100% resistance to most forms of PM.

So far so good, if you can spot any PM please let me know, I spend hours everyday searching for that shit!!I think it's gone, I've spent a small fortune fine tuning my rooms and sticking dust mushrooms everywhere on all the intakes and exhausts. I'd been perpetually harvesting for 10 yrs straight with no problems until last December.I had an occaisional mite or thrip but PM was off my radar etc.

Nice I had her @ 09. She came advertised as one of the all time most potent from a friend I got a lot of great stuff from. She was the most resinous plant in veg I ever had. The first plant I ever had with trichs on the shade leaves in veg.Your grows are always some of the most impressive Star Dog..Have you smoked her yet?

Not yet, ever, so I'm stoked up for this one. So far things are looking good. She just fell into my hands via a visiting friend so it was double stroke of luck. I have a few more in veg waiting to be flipped. Since I ran haze hybrids all winter I'm going to run "brand" clones all summer, esp since I sent that PM packing( Not sure I should have gone out on a limb and said that!)

Thank you sir for the Lucifer F2's way back when I had about 6 or 7 females and I only kept the two floppiest, I keep kicking myself for letting the others go. There WAS a reason but hell, I can't remember. Looking forward to seeing how the Lucy mixes with the Nevs 21/Blueberry. I don't expect anything short of "terribly interesting".
We've been having a hell of a time with the two cuts I kept from the LIOS x Skunk Basic 5, another set of all timers brah... ;-)
My apologies beforehand but I just can't keep this one down, a guy told me the other day that once you find PM in your garden, the entire building is no good for growing ever again....The sheer number of well intentioned yet ill informed people sprouting up is driving me into hiding.
On another note because I hate to post without a picture, an oldy but a goody as "they" say...
This was "Shorty" a cross made with G-Mans' Early Pearl.It does have Nevils gear in there, just not the haze.

Yeah, me too!! At least I still have about 1000 seeds from the original cross with the Skunk Basic 5. There are such beautiful plants in there and the EP mom makes them quick in flower then the SB5 makes them quick in veg so it's a win, win, win!
I broke out my stashed vac sealed Nevils Blueberry from the fastest finishing plant which was done @ day 60 of 12/12. It's the smelliest, most "dank" type of flower from the whole group of plants, the longest went 135 days but smoked like a nice Mexican. I love nice Mexican herb and it's great for me even though it's not Mexican, it just looks like one of those nice bag seeds you found in a decent lb of brick and grew it out for fun. Alas, the OG's and sours rule the streets these days. I've heard older guys than myself remembering the days when a joint of NLD as big as a lolipop stick sent you to the moon yet when given the choice...they take the "new shit". I think the only people who really like NLD's are here on IC and other boards etc. I'd grow haze for dayz if it would pay my power bill. I'm blaming it on cell phones and iPads.
