Hey Siever, I'm no poet so lets's leave it like this:

The smoke is dense, heavy, expanding, although very mellow so you hardly notice. It leaves nice sweet cream-like aftertastse. The high is definitely more heady (at first), however it def has a body component. Yeah it's quite heavy but with clear mind.

I would not worry about yield. The only thing I really miss is branching, but I'm gonna try prunning her next round.. Still think this is more of a SOG variety and I like fewer plants :)

I just got three freebee of NepJam from ACE, and 10 freebees from Cannabiogen. Nice to see such plants from this line.

I do have a old pack of Nepalese Pure from Reeferman, and 24 seeds of Mextiza. But it is cool to have some pure NepJam to try out. Wish I would of picked up some of the pure Blue Mountain when it was around.

ACE & CBG are some of the only companies I support with ¢a$h!

Thanks Charlie & Dubi!!!

I visited Charlie in 02-03 and shared a number of genetics with him that have been carried on its the same Nepalese used in Willie and many other strains I have bred I honestly don't know why folks don't just come out and say what has been shared it shows unity and educates the consumer :)
Hi need3weed and Mark, we love to see them growing outdoors and they express so nicely. Yield in these outdoor sativas use to be great as well. We are lucky in our climate for that. nevertheless there is no way to hide them well LOL

Hi Bacchus

May be same nepalese line indeed. Hope you try soon the Nepal Jam and check for yourself :)

Charles..

Charlie Garcia had said many many times the Nepalese seedline came from you..

You do realise that you chose a quote from Charlie from nearly 8 years ago!!

Great news dubi.. :)

Are there any noticeable differences between this fem version of NJ and the last?

I still have a few seeds left of the second ever release (the BX1) of the NJ but am thinking they are probably dead now. Great to hear they'll be more of the fem version released of this classic..

Hi Kalbhairav,

The backcross to the nepalese was made many years ago by charlie garcia
so i think your release is maybe a bit old now. Hopefully it still germinates!
Nepal Jam has been bred further at least 3 generations more since then.

The new feminized version has been reproduced using the best parental plants from previous standard selection/reproduction,
so to answer your question it will be quite similar to latest standard release, genetics remains the same,
it just has been bred one generation more and in my opinion it's getting more and more stable, following my breeding criteria.

A selected F6 early flowering Nepal Jam, more nepalese dominant mother.

Very adaptable plant, very easy to grow, lovely sweet creamy aromas. Expansive, calm, pleasant and relaxed yet clear effect.
Done after 7 weeks of 12/12.

Wicked wonderland ...

You litteraly just posted my dream Dubi !

And Your description, could be used on some of the best Nepali ive tasted.

The creamy and sweetness of early/Young flowering cultivars, with the slowly but yet quite expansive smoke, is where it´s at in my World ...

Only other sample of Hashish that comes Closes, is the Indian ive had once .. Words wont explain and there was only just over 1 g ..

Hi Dubi,

Yes, that is a good description you posted above. I have been spreading my last year's Nepal Jam around to some newly acquired patients, and I am getting good feedback from it.

I kept a cutting from it, and I am growing the same plant this year. Unfortunately, I suck at growing outdoor from cuttings, so it flowered when I put it out, and is only now starting to re-veg:

Here is a re-post of a couple of pictures from last year:

I used a Nepal Jam male to seed my Bangi Haze, which I will definitely grow again, as soon as I burn through all of my original Bangi Haze seeds. Here is my Bangi Haze Keeper:

Good stuff!

How much are you getting for yield on a full season plant from seed ? I find the nepalese tops out at 8-12 Oz .
I have not grown the "jam" which I think has BB/ Jamaican male on the Nepalese Cutting than is inbred ?
I am growing the Pure Nepalese now I have several around 4'-5' topped they certainly don't respond to topping like other Strains .
I found some really fast Nep males this Spring I used those really fast males to pollinate Afghan A's fastest pheno's they are already fully seeded up .
The Nep line certainly has made her way globally its so great to see the work real breeders like Ace and Canabiogen have done with her .
We all have Steve Tuck from Humbolt CA to thank for letting these lovely genetics out to the world .
Do you have a picture of a Nep Jam alone ? the full outdoor plant ?

Thanks THaibliss and Dubi

The third picture from the top in post #693 is all one Nepal Jam plant. Here is another a week or two earlier:

It started out as a sick plant from a bad transplant. I transplanted it before the roots filled the pot completely. Once it got it's "feet" under itself, it exploded in growth and caught up with the Bangi Hazes. I shudder to think what it could do being healthy from the start. LOL.

Very nice I have some ladies all around 4-5 ' I think the Pure Nepalese line is inbred too far you are getting more explosive growth out if the Jam because of the BB/Jamaican Male that was used to get her going .
We actually gave our Master female Nep clone to Cannabiogen so they used there male to create the IBL .
I have only ever used her in hybrids like the cup winning Willie Nelson and many others .
growing her and seeing how slow she is compared even to Old school Mex Ibl's .
I might need to out cross her with Nep Jam .
