Hi dilettante hope you have had a great summer time ☀️ thanks a lot for all the updates these weeks, love the natural feeling of guerrilla grows.

It looks about a month delayed at your latitude compared to what NJ x KC does at mine at 37°N.
They will likely need to go into early November to finish. Good luck for the upcoming weeks!

Had some pollen after bondage.
Is this strain known to be sensitive?

Sorry to hear that @strain_hunter some Kali China hybrids can produce individuals that tend to develop indoors a few male flowers at pre-flower sites when young, especially if the plants are stressed and not fully sexually mature. Usually these plants still flower without issues after removing the few sacs from lower sites early in flowering. How did the rest of the flowering stage go?

Thanks for your reply. That was clearly through my lack of skills. I'm not so sure whether they were really pollen sacs or new flower sprouts. There were pests and I did to much watering during the grow. This season was the first one after one decade, so I am relaxed with the results.

I finished the grow anyway. The effect is very pleasant, especially in the evening. This variety works a little better for me with emerging tolerance than my light varieties. What I really like is that I can't accidentally overdose on them. Nevertheless the psychedelic buzz is strong enough. I like listening to music with it and have no hangover the next morning, when smoking till 8-9 pm.

The germination capacity and vigour of your varieties are really great and I'm looking forward to trying more from your range.
The chinese restaurant smell is very funny.

Nepal Jam x Kali China discontinued

Hi, we've just sold out of Nepal Jam x Kali China stock here at the source, and we've decided to discontinue this cross in favor of other, better Kali China hybrids that will be released in the near future.

You may still find the last packs of this strain available through some of our wholesalers and retailers in the coming months.

Thank you for your support.

last year I did an outdoor cali china, this year for nepal jam. I recognize the earthy spicy aromas, the grill hints of the first, with the addition of sweet caramelized fruit. I have never tried nepal jam but now I'm curious because it adds a lot of sweetness here. I don't know how much is missing @dubi, the hairs are still 30% white, for the scent it has I would pick it up immediately.

I had much fun listening to music with this cross even when I prefer other aromas and a lighter smoke. Thanks for bringing new crosses to us @dubi

Sad this is being discontinued but I totally understand, gotta be challenging trying to maintain so many lines. I’m outta seeds of this, but a friend grew a cutting from me outdoors this year and cut it down this weekend. It’s currently hanging in my basement, and has the most enticing incense aromas filling the house right now 🥰

Lovely colors @dilettante :) she looks ripe enough last week, hope you didn't delay harvest, congrats!
I took her down that day. I had to delay harvest on the second, not pictured, specimen. Funny that the green stemmed plant turned purple and the purple stemmed stayed green.

Thanks @inaka 🦠 for giving a try to Nepal Jam x Kali China and for the nice pics of your beautiful plant ripening :) A Really nice expression, early flowering and with desirable blend of traits, and chunkier flowers than its parents.

Sorry for delay in the reply, she just needed 7-10 days more since the pictures were taken, hope she finished in good shape!

Yeah @MrHamilton it's always sad when a good line is discontinued .... unfortunately Nepal Jam x Kali China was not much requested by the public, and we need to dedicate space and resources to other projects.

Glad your friend has just harvested one with an appealing incensey nose :) please, keep us updated!

here we are after drying, this nepal jam x kali cina tastes like shit when it's closed, but the same shit comes out in a mix of spicy, sweet, caramelized, really pleasant. It tastes like sweet karkade and incense musk, with beautiful purple red dark green and beige colors. appreciated while it was available

Thanks @inaka 🦠 🥰 shit is not a smell i would expect coming from this cross, although Kali China outcrossed with other sativa/indicas can come out with new, even weird terpenes not found in the parent plants. Did you turn all your harvests into bubble hash ?

Thank you @dubi
No, just some waste and compromised buds. It's nice to know that there is genetic variability and I think this has a more open-minded effect
