I got good news, all good.

Thanks for your patience, sugabear, writing me back with all the finest advice.
Yesterday I read the whole thread on LST sm0kateer4204 told me to. Thought about it during the day and decided to stretch the younger ones to make room.

So I get home and read the last post of page #5 and didnt notice there was a 6th page already. Watered the youngers and solved the space puzzle after taking them out and putting them back in several times.

So here is the mess we got right now:

Then I fixed it all and said to myself: gotta take pictures of all this and show it to them dudes. I start to post the reply and find the 6th page.

Some money is about to come in and I will finally manage to move my computer from this case to a smaller one with better ventilation. I will have that big case available for growing the best girl that comes out of the three.
Maybe a veg room for later.

Old one was:
2ft tall (62cm), 17in long (43cm) and 7,5in wide (19cm).



New one is:
23,2in tall (60cm) x 20in long (51cm) x 8,2in wide (21cm)
626 x 535 x 210mm by the manufacturer.

I also got the ticket to hit the stores and bring home some more lamps and stuff for the new case. I really got into this!!


Stretched them a lil hard I think but they showed to be ok.
They're over #1, closer to the lights.
Will LST these two and buy me time.

You're right, this is south america, but none of the countries you said. Cant be really sure which country it is. And this is schwag, at least a good one.
No way to tell what strain.
None can reach 3ft tall. I am fucked up if that happens.

awesome, everything seems to be going well. those thing's coming from your stems are side growth. in a few day's they will turn into new growth tip's (just like the main growth tip) so this mean's the top of your plant will not be the only part with a bud on it. your new case sounds like a bit more room. although your new case is shorter you have some more room width and depth wise which is good. as for your new bulb's this is the best idea yet. they will be extremely important for making big bud's. i suggest you buy 45 watter's so you can use less socket's which will give the case less overall clutter inside. if you can add 2 45 watt light's in that box you will be doing great. id say move one of your smaller bulb's to the other side of the case so you will have a 45 watt on each side and a smaller bulb on each side to balance thing's out. i noticed the bottom leave's are yellowing on one of your plant's have you fed them any nutrient's? did your soil come pre fertilized?

ohhh, a couple more thing's i forgot to mention. after looking over your pic's again i noticed you have your plant's tied down to the pc case. i'd suggest you move the string and tape it down to the container the plant is growing in. it make's it alot easier to move them around with out accidentally ripping their heads off also see how they are hanging off the side's of their pot's? in a few day's after theyve gotten used to being bent over. you can bend the mid part back in the direction of your container, it will give you more free space which is important in a small pc grow box. good luck man.

Very nice snider. Your plants are looking awesome, besides that little yellow leave on one plant. LSTing is the way to go, will give more room and more bud tops. For futher reading you should read some threads on SCROGing, at first it seems a little complicated but it really can boost your yield.
In my opinion you should try to switch the lights to 12/12 this week, otherwise they will out grow you PC case halfway through flowering and that would suck!
It will be good to have some nutes for the flowering period to give a boost in the yield.

Plants are lookin good Snider! I think LSTing is almost mandatory in PC case growing. I went 12/12 straight from seed in my SWC hydro setup and I still had to LST!

Funny thing is that today was my first time LSTing too. I picked out the two females I wanted to keep, chopped the rest, and tied em down. I think I was a bit rougher on my plants though... I kinda gave em the treatment LOL. Heres a quick pic of my babies (one mutant DJ Short's True Blueberry, one Sensi Seeds Skunk #1, both on day 28 of 12/12 from seed)



Had to shut off my CFLs to get a decent pic, and the HPS tinted it yellow, but you get the idea.


That new case looks pretty nice too! You can pull off a good grow in a 20" case, but every extra inch you add goes to the available growing height. Going from 10" available height to 14" or 16" can make a huge difference in micro grows sometimes. But then you also gotta factor in how far your lights are gonna be able to penetrate. Since low wattage HIDs and CFLs don't have very good penetration power that extra height can sometimes end up wasted if you don't train the plants right.

But anyway, I'm rambling again... The new case looks good! The plants look good! Its all good!

Edit: In the pic you posted of the stem, that little bit of growth might be a pre-flower or it might just be a branch forming. I had stuff like that form on some of my plants and on some of em it was pre-flowers and on others it was just the begining of a branch. Guess you'll just have to watch it and find out.

Plants are being LSTed right now. Gonna fix the case for the switch and buy 2 new bulbs this weekend. Will post pics and answer your posts as soon as I can.

Plants went to preflowering tonite, 18:25h.
They will wake up tuesday, 6:25h after 36 hour period of dark.
So will have lights during day and dark during night.

They are all stretched, you guys will love them!

Gotta work on the carbol filter for real.
The new case might be due in 3 weeks.

Everybody's lookin real happy in there with the exception of the burnt top one, which still looks happy below the top and will hopefully just grow heavier branches to make up for the top. Aww hell, even the burnt baby looks happy! LOL

Seriously though, your plants must be liking the food your givin em because they all look very nice. I may not know jack about growing in soil, but I know a happy plant when I see one

I'm guessing within the next 10 days or so you should know which are the girls and which are the boys. I'll be keepin my fingers crossed for all girls for ya!

GOOD NEWS!

The new case is here and the computers was already transfered to it. The work on the empty case will start tomorrow.
Already bought 8x 25W 2700k CFLs. Two of them went to the case that's being used right now. The other 6 will fill a 'ballast' I am building.
Could not find anything higher than 30W for 2700k here.





MR_MICRO: hey, I think this is the 2nd time you guess something right about my plants. Yeah I been feeding them a lot with this:




Here I got 2 spoons of my 10-10-10 on 2 gallons of water for days now. Every 4 waterings I give 2 of this since they went to preflower.





You wont be able to see on this pics how green this leave is (cause of the lights), but trust me, it's beautiful!

I was away 2 days from my plants, since yesterday. Will open up the case
tomorrow and take new pics.

its a boy, you can tell by the cluster of balls forming. pollen sacs. if it was a girl you would see 2 white hairs coming out .
