After that I'll post any major upgrades to the room. I'll be making lots of threads around here for the different kinds of strains I'll be growing. Should be interesting.

Thanks guys!! Man, I've been smoking on some quick dried stuff today and it's devastating compared to anything I've ever smoked lol. It's one of the most rewarding feelings I've ever had. I'm still kind of speechless to be honest.

Popping In (pun intended) to show the effectiveness of the incubation chamber.

10/10 popped. At ~48hrs.

I have one runt. I thought she was dead, but she's started coming to life. Sweet!

I FINALLY have started to see some roots on those G clones I took.

This is at almost 1 month!


That's how overfertilized they where. Then, I really, really, really f'ed up the others when I put them in flower.

Here they are now at one month.


It's a hard lesson learned. They are starting look better. I'm surprised they are still alive. I'm going to keep running them of course, but it's considered a lost crop.

Lessons are hard learned in this game. It's one that will not happen again. (hopefully )

High Nitrogen in the cut will slow the cloning process and yes, my problem was definitely overfert.

I've gotten great 10in roots in two weeks with these plants. These clones are just now showing the first roots after close to 1 month. They were really bad off and I pretty much did them in when I put them in flower.

what do you put in your aerocloner

RO pH'd at 5.5-6.2, .1 EC. I've used Florva Bloom and Clonex. I would imagine just about anything works.

cut out the nutes on clones. no nutes til roots. just use the clonex if need be.


may I suggest a cheaper alternative that takes on many other applications as well? (the upfront may seem a little pricey though)

Clonex is some okay shit, dont get me wrong. Just the feed dosage is hella high, i like 10mL per liter or some shit?

I suggest some House & Garden Roots Excellator.... its a rooting stimulant, however takes on the same as cloning solutions.

its 1mL per gallon dosage ratio as well. Love this stuff.


running on a few years now with 100 %... just for fun on another forum i post on i was showing somebody how anything will clone....i cut dying branches and scrap of the bottom of some plants... before i cloned them. They still cloned... easily, and in my normal cloning window.

I get strikes 3-5 days

I wouldnt necessarily sweat the pH, however if you are....try to keep it consistent as possible, for hydro/aero i keep 5.8ph all day....however with that said... maybe its from cockiness or from 100%...but i rarely pH or even check pH in my cloners now...

i use my nute rather clone soup for 3 weeks..... with each week a different batch root and is ready to go off and another batch goes into cloner without changing of soup.

dont stress too much on water temps. if these were full grown plants hell not even full grown, just plants with roots, i would tell you otherwise. However roots and seeds prefer warmer waters, 70-78F i blv is somewhere optimal. But with all that said again....i dont sweat none of that stuff.

Long as res isnt getting tooo cold and toooo hot you should be fine. Do you have a timer on your cloner?

i rock with 20-30 seconds on and 3-4 mins off

however all this shit isnt really necessary.... as it can be done in just water. But i like things that go fast



and i know that month cloning is bummer eh?

I just have cloner plugged into the wall. I've thought about putting it on timer, but I haven't. I'm too lazy.

I'm not too much on sweating the small stuff either. All about KISS. Right on bro!

at first glance you will think the H & G RE is some pricey stuff 60-70 bucks for the 250mL and 100-120 for the 500mL

but when you figure the dosage ratio @ 1mL per gallon its less than 26 cents per gallon of feed water.

plus it does many other things that clonex doesnt do.... yet it does all the things that clonex does
