I see 3 ancient OG phenos on this page..,
and they all look fabulous.
But from what I can tell .... the second one with the best smell, not much stretch and the thick buds looks and sounds like its the winner.
its so neat to see all the different phenos side by side!
It must be fun to do the smoke reports and note their subtle differences. You must be super organized to keep track of everything.
So what is your method of madness..? . Do you grow em out , note the smell, structure, difficulty/ease of growing and keep some clones of them somewhere. Like if you get a real winner, how do you duplicate it for next season, or maybe you never do that?

Ancient OG
this plant has weird structure, lots of lateral branching and giant floppy buds that need a lot of support. smells like earthy OG with some lemon citrus.

thanks yes thats my lady. she flew out yesterday to spend a few days with me during harvest. so beautiful, like a little ethiopian Amber Rose. its goin to be hard to stay focused but luckily i have a great team helping me this year!

still not even close to finished but looks like i won't yield quite as much as last year but the quality is better.

thats a different girl, with curly hair. she's a good friend. my lady has short hair like me

harvest is going well, been chopping a couple plants every day. Strawberry Milk, Tiger mountain, and 2 Wave are still up, finishing strong. today chopped a Space Monkey, Dream Lotus, and AOG

i want to try the maximus. havent grown it but i saw some from cat/byf that was really great, reminds me of some oldschool bubba but chunkier. i was really impressed with south fork seeds this year, really high quality

its not my post so I don't know what to say. I've grown over 40 packs of Maximus out with no problems.

The better you grow the more you get. If you suck at growing any strain cAn suck wind.

Plenty of people crushing it with SFSC gear... proofs in the pudding...
