Best weed I ever smoked was I plant I grew from a batch of Haze seeds. Just like Thai, but felt like a bit of psilocybin mushroom thrown in. Literally had phase shifts. I thought it was a dud, then 10 minutes later instantly blazed. So sudden, it felt like I must have just "came to" from passing out. Lasted for hours and hours. The plant looked like pictures I've seen of Oaxacan. I believe it was a Mexican and Thai leaning phenotype.
Here are some props to Sam as I have been beating up on indicas that he loves so much. I had a cutting of Skunk#1 that I loved. The kind of stuff that indica and sativa lovers both appreciated. Reminded me of Colombian. Someone else mentioned Early Girl. I only bought one weed in the last 30 years, and it was Early Girl. Very indica looking bud, and the high was very relaxing, but not sleepy. At the very same time, my mind was soaring. Not top shelf potent, but very nice quality. I got some seeds from it, but never found another like it. They were all plain indica types. None of these that I am mentioning bred true. I yearn for that Haze as much as the Thai Stick from the old days.

Karma genetics just released a cross of Ag13 x biker kush. I think the AG13 is a cross between that haze A you guys mentioned and g13. Im not exactly sure, but thats what the description sounded like to me at least.

A few cool things I noticed:
The occasional overlap of Hemp and Indica. It might mean hybridization or evolution from a common ancestor. But NONE of the overlap is outside of the Afghan circle. Evidence hemp may have helped WLD rise from the NLD/NLDA lines.
Mexican strains lack of connection to Thai and African lines. They are mostly contained within the Afghan circle but clearly share traits with the Indian and Nepal lines that are not WLD. Very cool IMO! This might mean that a NLD can be coaxed from a BLD with enough time and a tropical environment....more likely its a selection of Indian NLD.
How tall and narrow the circle around India is. I speculate it is because the country is both tropical and temperate.
Almost all of Nepal is within Afghanistan and should be WLD but it is NLD. I believe this is evidence the WLD was selected from NLD/NLDA lines similar to Nepal but charas cultivation maintained more NLD traits.
South Korea has more diversity than India. Who knew? (maybe a sampling artifact)
The fact the Thai/African lines are the only accessions that are entirely isolated AND they don't even overlap with each other. This is evidence that my hypothesis that these lines deserve additional recognition is not so crazy.

There were two G13 Hazes .
Just like there were two NL Hz [NL5 Hz C and NL5 Hz A ] there was G13 Hz C and G13 Hz A .
That`s the 1st time I`ve heard of Soma having AG13 . I always thought Soma`s was the G13 Hz C .
I am sampling some AG 13 x La Nina from a good friend ATM .Nice hybrid effect like her Moma .
The AG13 , C5 and Nevil`s cut of Nevil`s Hz were / are available at selected coffee shops in Holland . And are still kept by a crew in Sth Holland .

I just harvested something called" GAK" which, by the looks and smell/ flavor, seems to be a bubba kush s1 or hybrid. man, this stuff is POTENT!

But I just read this about Bubba Kush there:
"Jerry bred his Chem Dog cut to a Humboldt county indica boy. This was the beginning of his cubing proccess. At BX3 he got a pheno that had all the smell, taste and kick of the Chem Dog, but in a pure indica pheno. Jerry gave this plant to Bob. It became known as the West Coast Dog. Bob bred this plant to my Old World Kush male. He took a male from that cross and bred it to the OG cut Putz had sent him. This is what made the original Bubba."

I saw a menu from an A Dam coffee shop in a thread here recently it had C5 [NL#5 Hz C ] AG13 [ G13 Hz A ] and Nevils Hz at the top of the page .
Also heard an interesting tale about the old cuts being re entered into cups under different names ...

Yes i know Karma claims to have obtained the AG13 or G13HzA fem clone.
I granted a clone of mine to a dude in the Dam, an acquaintance of Nevil.
This guy was supposed to keep it for Nevil until he made it to Holland. Nevil didnt make it to Holland till present day so its possible this guy passing it to others.
About Soma's G13Hz.
Nev says he gave him a G13HzC Male clone back in the day..
Its Soma's base for all his G13Haze Hybrid lines.

Yeah I was gonna say I didnt think Soma's G13/haze male was AG13.
But the story i heard was different. If i rememver correctly Soma found his male out of a single 10 pack of Nev's G13/haze. If i remember correctly he only got 1 seed to germinate, and it was that male.

5HzA was very Thai leaning according to Nev so some old Thai lines prob gave similar effects. The Mexican and Columbian in the line prob boosted the high even more.
The original A5 Haze was a certain pheno of the 5HzA line, the best one selected out of many, its the mom used for the original Nevilles Haze (NL#5/HzAxHzC)
Produced a very trippy high, many believed it being saturated in LSD, lol. It also produced a devastating couch lock effect. One hit of a spliff and yr day was done.

There were 2 Haze male A and C if my memory is right only the cross of G13xHzC was released for a year. Also to my knowledge the G13xHzA that was kept alive was female it was not male.
G13xHzC (clone)was about after 88/89 as a clone so it can't be Somas, as Soma states his male came from seeds not clone in 2001, so unless Shanti gave him that cut and Soma just lied? (Shanti is known to have given cuts to growers in spain in the late 90's)Nev only offered the G13xHzC line for a year didn't he? I'd say they are all G13 x HzC that are male.
@ Yo Sammy Nev claimed Soma got his thru seeds not a clone meant to be via Ed rosenthal. If it was a clone it would be the same as Shantis one, also if the G13 x Haze A was the better one etc why did Shanti use the C when Nev was still about at MNS etc...

So where does this G13xHzA male come from? (edit: don't know why I assumed it was male) obviously those he listed give you the cuts A1,A2etc and the HzC crosses gave C1 to 5 (I think)
