7th day of flowering

I just thought what it would be with doing shorter days of flowering? For example 10h light / 14h dark instead of 12/12... Could it speed up the flowering or will i just get less yield in the end?

Less hours of light will both speed up the flowering and give less yield. It will also make your plants express differently than they would at 12/12. With indicas you can go the other way as well, most will flower at 13/11 and some even 14/10.
Some tropical sativas won't start flowering at 12/12 so you have to start them at 11/13 or even 10/14 for them to notice it's time to flower.

Today i cutted the lowest 4 branches of all 4 plants, they are stretching like crazy, don't want so much popcorn buds...

They all look similar like this, yeah i underestimated 2 ungrown strains... should have used smaller pots.
:plant grow:

CHEERS... with some energy drink. ^^ Yeah i just love to photograph everything. 📸😄

@Calle Minogue
I already tied down the big head of the Malawi Sun 2 days ago, so they are all on line. :)
Now the Malawi Sun aka 'Crazy Hydra' got another head who is thinking that sky is the limit. ^^ So i released the old tied head and tied this new head down to the middle of the plant(to also save some space for the other 3 plants).

As you can see, i could have easily filled the whole room with this plant... Totally not expected such thing by crossing a 30cm Autoflower Cola Plant with my Orange Bud Skunk Genetics, i think i can call this the Malawi Pheno for sure. 🌴 I regret using a big 10L pot. At least she is flowering in time like the other 3 of the Unknown Strain. 😊

Maybe you're doing something wrong....:bigeye:
It's just the difference in heterosis from a polyhybrid vs inbred line of pure indica.

Wikipedia said:
The physiological vigor of an organism as manifested in its rapidity of growth, its height and general robustness, is positively correlated with the degree of dissimilarity in the gametes by whose union the organism was formed … The more numerous the differences between the uniting gametes — at least within certain limits — the greater on the whole is the amount of stimulation … These differences need not be Mendelian in their inheritance … To avoid the implication that all the genotypic differences which stimulate cell-division, growth and other physiological activities of an organism are Mendelian in their inheritance and also to gain brevity of expression I suggest … that the word 'heterosis' be adopted.
