Mississippi Mud - From JLP

The little Mud in this pic is about an inch tall. :smile:


The soil mixture is:

30% coco,
30% perlite,
30% peat moss,
3 % bone meal,
7 % bird and bat guanos.

Here are my muddy's. This is my first attempt at posting pics, so bear with me. They are from my cell too which sucks i know, especially since i have a beautiful new nikon digi. Computer problems! Hopefully i can get some better photos as things get more interesting. These were started on Jan. 15.

Looking good guys.

The G can purple up but usually closer to the end of the flower cycle and the cold temps will help.The Blueberry in the MJ f2 could also be responsible for the purple as the BB can show color from the start.

one of mine looks exactly like yours...the leaf formation...the rest are diferent

This Mississippi Mud is now airborne with dark green leaves and is about an inch tall so far. :smile:

Hi again everyone.

The Mississippi Muds are looking Great!

My seedlings are quite a bit different than that one! One is a different shade of green, the darker one has the purple stem under the leaf. They both smell wonderful as well. The leaves on mine seem to have more jagged edges and are a bit "crumpled" looking.

here are mine. I've got four started on 1/15. They've been under cfl's, fed 1/2 strength PBP grow, liquid karma and cal/mag in Ocean Forest soil. I water 'em from my aquarium. I figured the fish like it, so the plants will too. I think I'm going to veg 'em for another couple of weeks, then under the 400 they go (mh enhanced). Sorry about the size of the pic, I'm still learning how to use my new camera

If you werent meant to have a turn there is not much you can do. I had sucess last season with his giveaway.. I know somewhere somone didnt. Maybe he is now because im not. I have no problem with that

Good point JLP
The G-13 seedlings will usually show black on the stem and coyteldons...
But the first true leaves don't nessesarily show it.. ( It was a trait I remeber being told to watch for in the 70's as being inherent to g-13 seeds)
with the BB it is more of a purpling under the true leaves.

It's all good bro, neither did mine but I am okay with that. JLP makes some sick gear and miss mud looked freaking awesome. I'll be tuning in to watch what happends and how they all turn out.

A few of you better get some F2's to seedbay, depending on the smoke report I'll still try to find a few

Here's mine,these hit the dirt Jan. 16 ,they sure are purty. Hope I get to flower one out,I'm pretty sure the world may end soon because I heard a Steve Earle song on the local country station while in line at the grocery store.
