The reason that I have always been for states rights and reasonable libertarianism is blatantly on display here. No matter what the issue is people are going to have their own opinion and will not always be able to compromise. And for what its worth, I respect this fully.
Under the system that libertarians support, people in California or New York can have whatever tax rate they want and provide whatever social securities they deem fit, whilst at the same time people in Texas can lower taxes and run lean government. Since American's have the right to move wherever they want, social democrats can enjoy that system in Cali and conservatives can enjoy their way of life in other places. This is the ultimate moniker of tolerance and freedom.
If social democracy is embraced at a federal level everyone is forced to live in a system that half of the people disagree with. This is the OPPOSITE of freedom.
So Cannavore I fully respect your views as a human, but I can't reconcile how my system allows for both of our ideologies to exist in harmony, while your system would seek to crush mine.

I always use the professional wrestling analogy when describing American politicians. Probably most politicians, but I do not follow politics that I am not personally involved in. As in I can vote even if in the federal election only.
The two sides go into the ring. Pretend to beat the hell out of each other, then while back stage, slapping each other on the back saying what a great performance they put on and fooled all those dumb asses that think its real. All the while working for, and cashing the same corrupt check. Taking orders from the same donors.

Really don't matter much unless, we have the 3% it takes to overthrow the world and they can't be peaceful. I'm down but I know I'm outnumbered on a global revolution because everyone has a side and very few people are for absolute freedom.

You are more than welcome to hunt and fish on my property but the wood and farming belongs to me and my family/workers. I'm against the sweat shops around the world but I'm not against letting people from anywhere in the world to help farm my land to provide equally. Of course taxation forces me to ask for more than my fair share of work.
The deal was done between the Rothschilds and the British government during WW1. I really hope nobody conflates the British government or crown with the British people. IMO slavery still exists, our corporations pay people in 3rd world countries to work for $8 a day if they are lucky and at the same time I'm forced to pay $200 for a decent pair of work boots that won't even last me a year
The natives did get fucked and still do as well as the average Americans to this day. Not only the native Americans but also the Aborigines but unless we pick up arms nothing will change. Of course we don't have enough willing to fight for our rights of our founding fathers.
