My shitty outdoor plants :fsu:, as you see some are small, some have stretched and others are jus i dunno shitty haha

maybe as time goes on ill see some better results and have a better experience once i move the buckets from the ones in the ground into full sunlight and let them have till july/ early august at veg and see a few 3ft + plants but till then ill say i have a shit garden as its no where close to what ive done before and nothing compared to last years :(

Hello, puresativa, I remember your thread last year from OG. Wonder what the deal is? Mother Nature, lovely as she is, can be a major bitch some times!

Any ways best of luck in whats left in the season, and to all you other growers too!

the deal is there is to much rain and not enough sunlight to keep them going, i get hit with so much rain its no even funny, i havnt even had to carry nutes to my plants since april cuz of all the rain

when it isnt raining i can get 6hours or more of direct sunlight in this area easily as you seen last year with my plants being 4 to 6ft by now and by the end they was easily 8 + ft on most besides the indicas which stayed right around 5ft and very bushey, but nop this year has to be my worst year ever and i think ima have to setup inside or jus not get some more smoke this to add to my last years harvest :)

oh yea wanted to also say ive lost over 65 plants so far to the shit weather and somewhere between 200 and 400$ in genetics

They're still alive! It looks like the grasshoppers have given up :woohoo:
So far this is the farthest into an outdoor grow that I've made it before mother nature or rippers have ended my season. I'm enjoying watching my plants get so much bigger than I can ever allow them to inside.
The first two pics are from my (Kush x Black Domina) x Papaya. That one was just starting to show female preflowers when I went to check on them today:dance:
The other is a strain known only as "Green". My uncle has been growing this in the neighboring state along with a couple other strains for about 20 years now. It wasn't showing any sign of sex as of yet.
Both plants are right at 3ft tall and coming along nicely.

Ha, its funny you say that. Where they are is actually about 4 inches of decent soil and then pure red clay the rest of the way down. I spent an afternoon out there with a pick and shovel, dug holes that have roughly the same volume as a 5 gal bucket and filled those with a mixture of about 20% perlite and the rest is MG's new organic potting soil and then covered them up with the native soil so they'd blend in.
Surprisingly enough the company who makes chemical plague in a bottle seems to have a decent organic based soil. I'll know for sure in a couple months when harvest time rolls around (fingers crossed)

I moved 6 more of my inside girls to the great outdoors and checked on the ones that were already there. They all looked great, they seem to be enjoying outside, I hope to move 6 more to a different location outside next week. As they say don't put all your eggs in one basket. I will also leave 12 girls inside to finish as a sog grow, that way I should harvest something from at least one crop.

Hope all my midwest friends had a explosive 4th, and still have all their fingers to care for our girls in the wild. I feel fortunate that I survived with all my digits.

Happy Independence Day,

and a video, if you click the link itll say say download, click it then save to comp or open and view it with quicktime or else i dont think itll play as it came from the new digi i got :D, only a short 22 or 27sec vid capture of the fireworks

oh yea the plants seem to be growing out a bit since i tied them sideways and ill be going out today to pick all the weed and clear the ground of sticks, and other falling shit from the big storm we got a few nights ago when i was away :)

Well I set out my last 3 yesterday, they were all three over 18" tall so they should have a good start.

I also checked on six other girls that were in the same general area, they were all thriving and looked very healthy, all but one that some damn animal had dug up and just left it laying. I replanted it but doubt it will make it, I just hope it doesnt find the other girls and do the same thing!

All in all things are looking pretty good this season "Knock on Wood" we had some nice rain the other day and the temps are back down in the 80s this week.

Lookin good, pure. About the size of some of mine. Haven't been around much lately because my computer lost a windows registery file a couple weeks ago and is gettin fixed. Went out and transplanted 8 seedlings today since we've been blessed with a couple days of rain and cool temps. The gardens are looking happy, the plants are definately showin themselves now. One of the BoG Medely is purple on every stem and petiole. Hope its a female. No new shots since it was rainin today and has been dark every other visit. Just a few weeks until flowering starts!
