looks good did you get any of the really stinky phenos with the Mi5?


heres some bs and sour 60 males, the middle sour 60 and the big bs next to him both showed sex on day 12, however the skinny male 2nd on the left and the male far right both STINK!!! so they are my s60 and BS stud plants.

mate regarding the mi5 i bought 10 regular seeds and that 1 is just 1 seed i grew out the packet using canna nute range all the way through

all i can say is wow every hit i took from my joints always gave me a different flavour and the hit was awesome id recommened this strain to anybody to have a go at growing as she realy is a top notch smoke

i still have beans of the mi5 left and look forward to growing them again and for an 8 week seed to harvest plant and yielded just under an oz dry weight i give it 8/10

what ph was your waterings\feeds with the Mi5 and canna? did you use terra vega & flores and how often did you feed, did you switch straight from veg to flowering nutes or did you carry on with the veg nutes at same time as flowering nutes for a bit?

Im going to germinate some of the twin Mi5 seeds I got from my seed mum. il update with some photos when they break the surface.

I must say i am impressed by the mi5's they have some vigor!! Dargo, you are correct, some sure do stink! They are going to be some bushels for sure. I've got full on branches, and they are only on the 3rd node, not even sexed yet. The leaves are massive for 2 week old seedlings. They are putting on nodes faster than anything i have going right now. I am excited for the end result.

i use canna aqua nutes the highest i got it to was 0.9 ec and she loved ph 5.8

as for flowering stage when the first hairs appeared i let her go another week before hitting her with flowering nutes and i found it best to lower her ec a bit aswell on the initial switchover i.e in veg she was at 0.8 so i dropped this to 0.6 when i started flowering nutes just to break her in


she was grown on 18/6 light cycle using only 1 x 250 watt cfl and was finished in 8 weeks

but if you have an recommendations for me on how to get better results out of them id be interested to find out

my onyx will be chopped next week at the end of a 10 week grow from seed and im hoping for a nice little weigh in from her she absoloutley dwarfed my mi5

make sure you hit the stinky ones with some pollen, once you smoked them stinky babys you wont want to smoke the others

Dargo - I've been kinda ill lately, along with getting geared up for pushing our HB642 (Michael Phillips Compassionate Use Act) which would legalize medical use of marijuana in the State of Alabama... I totally screwed things up... First of all, I only planted 3/10 at a time... I luckily got 1 really good female & 1 good macho male the first batch... A couple were weak getting out of their shells... A couple survived but were destroyed because they were going to require too much pampering...

I'm so totally against pampering plants... I want them to do well without any extraordinary care... So I give them the best organic soil mix I can, & feed them WC & alfalfa teas, etc.

My "good" HBD girl was only about 13"in height & had only 1 single stem, no side branching like yours. However, after sampling one bud a week ago, I must say that it was some of the most excellent I have ever had. The bud, dehydrated, weighed about 0.3g. I loaded 1/2 of it into a small pipe... 30 minutes later, I realized it was still in my hand, unfinished... Just what I needed!

The #1 mother is the only one I have pollinated so far (saved & froze the pollen of the male). Hopefully, the seeds produced by this gal will produce even better plants when I'm not as stressed...

I do have 1 lady I planted almost a month later who is showing her tits & just got relocated to a 3-gal Goat Shit Special on the Manure Tea Train... Hoping she turns out to be just as good or better than #1...

Did you top yours at all or what? My light is same height from canopy as yours... Hmmm... Gonna hafta try these outdoors under the blazing Bama sun...

Never topped them, although one of my auto white russians got way to hot and topped itself?!?

It was when I grew the Mi5 that I relized how important it is to grow as many at once as possible, everything I have grown so far seems to have a wide range of different phenotypes showing up, you need to have as many of these growing at once so you can start working the best line for yourself.

For me the medium sized STINKY Mi5 was the best one and id like to try and filter everything else out so im just growing that when I grow Mi5.

Out of the 3 HBD (small, medium, large) the medium one is now looking like its going to be the best one aswell, Il take some photos today, they been on full strenth canna terra flores for last 2 feedings, which I did back to back without any watering between and there still asking for more! I know the 3 HBD dosnt have the same wow factor I got when I opened the cab when it was rammed with the fully flowering Mi5, but I think that the medium HBD is the nicest looking, sweetest smelling, most trich covered auto I have grown, im going to hit her with some Sour60 & Blue Streak Pollen (Shame I dont have any HBD pollen, the 3 girls I got going are the fem HBD seeds I was sent by mistake instead of the reg one, 2 didnt germinate these are the 3 that did. I got the reg ones sent to me just havnt had the space to start them all and do a seed run, but now I got the greenhouse on the go il do the HBD seed run)

I didnt have time to germinate the twin Mi5 seeds but il do it today along with a few of my Mi5 x Mi5 F1's to see what I got there.

Dargo - Dammit! I'm sitting on some lovely HBD pollen. but no more ladies... And expecting more, so holler me up before you make your next run... I have a beautiful male going now...

I'm going to let this plant train me how to care for it... It doesn't like my rules, so I'll try to communicate telepathically, I think. I have a 3" bud in the oven on 170F so I'll have meds before leaving for Montgomery... Usually the locals of wherever have meds on hand at our meetings, so we will find out, eh?

I got a Mi5 that hasnt auto flowered yet. I didnt make a grow calender for my recent grows so not quite sure how old it is. but the other mi5, bluestreak, sour 60..... that got germinated at the same time all got there tits and balls out ages ago and are now into flowering.
she (it was a fem bean) is alot taller than the others and looks like shes getting pre budding bushy but still no tits. she dosnt look like any of the phenotypes ive had with the Mi5 so far.

I messed up badly a few days ago I made some full strenth nute mix in what I thought was water but was actully the full strenth nute mix I had made 30 secs before. Not only was I stupid enough to do that but in a stonned daze I preceded to poor the double strenth mix straight onto the dry soil, obviously not content with my level of destruction I then smashed the glass ball sensor thing on my ph meter while putting the cover back on the end so now im proper fucked. I have got a drip in a tube ph tester but I found with my soil nutes and the hbd that the ph has to be 6.5 no more no less and the drip ph tester isnt that acurate.

I have flushed with what I think was 6.5water and the leaves are just a bit droopy but not curling under now so hopefully thing will start getting better over next couple of days however im sure I fried the roots so not sure what will happen. il add photos soon

did I mention spider mites!! every grow so far indoors ive been fighting them. I need to go ladybird lavee collecting, I dont want to spray them cos the buds are so dence.

not to long untill harvest so its not going to be a total loss.
