I don't even know when..we have 3 garbage bags to STILL trim...on the good side looks like a record harvest....I just need a decent nights sleep...
feel your pain brother,
not all pollen chuching accidents turn out bad though, if i had know this pheno was in these seeds i would have gladly paid big money for themhttps://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=255539&page=14
Well more of life has hit...
Had to put down our cat of 20 years...g/f is just in tears all day
Mother in law is back in hospital, her pain medication is just causing all kinds of nasuea and she cannot keep hydrated and we have not even started chemo yet....I have not read any recent pos't just trying to get enough sleep....very difficult.
Work is still not happening and we had to meet with realtor to put home into "short sale", also called a lawyer as my doctor says I should think about going on disability and I have to declare bankruptcy...sheesh....that's been my last two days. I'm so tired I cannot hardly trim now THAT's the good news we are having a record harvey but gro-bro back went out (only hurts when he sits, so that is putting a crimp in our trimming as he is MUCH faster than me)...I'm a mess..lol...jesus christ........well if this new project would just start at least I could be distracted.

Just kickin' the tires here, .. What varieties are you running now, and how long have you been running them?
Instead of being on the lookout for the Next Big Thing (GSC, GG, etc), why not perfect & squeeze every last drop out of the varieties you've got now?
With all the extraneous, extra-cirricular distractions you've got goin' on, seems like you'd be better off goin' with what ya know, instead of trying to re-invent the wheel.
I don't know what your marketing is like, or any challenges you face -- maybe it's better to be the guy always crankin' out new varities, or maybe it's better to be the guy who's always got that BOMB __________. .. ?
I think we're a lot alike in the regard that we both seem to be variety nuts. But, for me, that's because I like to smoke multiple varieties. If you're in it to win it ($$ - and variety for smoke is NOT important), why not take a variety you've already got a feel for, and just maximize that beeyitch?
Sticking with one or two or three varieties, consistently, over several consecutive runs, seems like it would eliminate a lot of the variables (read: potential headaches) that come with new varieties every run.. ?

Sorry Silver...my motto is........."NEXT".........on to the next big thing........
their's only 3 strains I want to grow again;
1) Allen Wrench
2) USD
3) StrawDD
Yeah it was ok...for some reason I just cannot grow the USD we had MORE problems with that cut (and the StrawDD) than any other cut I ran, lost HUGE crops due to this issue or that.....I am just going to stay away from it....I am not a good enough grower to run it I guess?
No need to apologize, but what about the rest of the input?
Or, in short, why always the next big thing? And what exactly are you looking for? What is the next big thing?
I mean, in your mind, what is it that you'll find and go YES! THIS! This is IT! ??
Again, just trying to understand because it seems like a good way to hedge your bets against headache and mishap, .. ?
And this is what I'm sayin' holmes - you're only interested in growing three other varieties. Of those three, two you just said you're going to stay away from, and the other is Allen Wrench. I've since seen you yakkin' about how you'd love to get a hold of [at least 4 other things that ain't allen wrench].
Anyway man - I'm not trying to press or be hateful, .. Just what I hope are some constructive observations..
PS - It ain't about if you're "a good enough grower to grow it.." You're a plenty good grower, we can all see that.
But I can say from experience, if you take the time to run, multiple times, during which you'll see multiple scenarios/varibles/oh-shits, and observe and learn, any variety will repay you in spades, .. You find the right one, and it's on! :
to each there own but if i was told i could only run one strain it would be the gg4, i aint saying that to hype anything cause the only money im making of it is from what i grow, there are no seeds left and i dont sell cuts sooo saying that i hope it is taken right. its fucking good, damn good
Real talk up in hurr... We want you to win Mega...
