Should've let that shit go another week. I don't see a single bit of amber and I see quite a few clear trichome heads.

Looks nice anyway, though!

Actually we let it go a week longer than Arminus ran it (we got his cut)....we ran it 9.5 weeks and we are looking for a solid 8 weeker....might have to look at something different down the road.

Huh???? This doesn't even make sense since I followed YOUR directions?

I have too say their very good herb,

Just found a local client too who is willing to pay top dollar for it as well .....after he tested it! He loves it, says their a spicey flavor to it(?)

I'm not disappointed at all,in fact we are going to run it one more time and we have not even got final numbers in yet
it might be better than we even thought....back to trimming!

Over defoliation causes 10 days stress, and likely retards hormone changes during 12/12.

that USD is beautiful

Yeah it was ok...for some reason I just cannot grow the USD we had MORE problems with that cut (and the StrawDD) than any other cut I ran, lost HUGE crops due to this issue or that.....I am just going to stay away from it....I am not a good enough grower to run it I guess?

Lmao... Are you being serious? I'm not upset with you bro... Just gonna be honest.

Your problems weren't EVER plant related. Your issues were 100% environmental, and you would have had the same problems with any plant in that environment. USD and Straw DD are the 2 best plants I've ever grown from seed, and I've grown a lot of seeds. Straw dd is the commercial grower's wet dream. USD isn't a slouch, but takes up more space b/c it's so stretchy... Even itchybod is unleashing the potential of straw dd... And that's saying a lot!

Best of luck bro... I know you're pretty stressed right now. Just take it one day at a time, k?

Straw dd = original strawberry diesel x chem ix i, made by cocktail frank, donated to the server fund. Very few people grew these seeds, and CF doesn't have anymore, or so he told me. One day, when I'm more settled down... I'll breed her for public release... I have lots of strawberry diesel seeds and the chem d is around... As are seeds... Which may be a better start honestly, previously worked genetics should have fewer variables...

All in good time... I need to finish up the projects I've already started.

damn talk about all foreplay and no finish ... here are the best seeds ever, but you can have them. neener neener.

well i seem to be doing all right with my querkle, and i know it can survive the stupidity that is summer over here, so i should just be happy.

DaveeTheNotSoNewbie... Patience is a virtue. Just when you think you're gonna get blue balled, BAM! Release.

Well it won't be that quick... ha ha... but you have to understand the difference between pollen chucking and actual breeding for stabilized traits... and from what I've heard it's not easy. I've never gone past f1's.

I need to recreate the cross to find a suitable stud to hit my clone with... and I'll probably find some other nice females along the way as well... Then I'll have to develop 2 separate seed lines that I will eventually cross... and then you can cross that back to the original clone and voila, IBL. I guess that's how real breeding is done. Something like that anyway.

Beware of pollen chuckers charging you $100 a 10 pack for an accident that happened in their closet.

the last time i had an accident in my closet i sure wasnt thinking about charging for it .... but i would rather not talk about that any more

but yeah, ive always hated the idea of paying a small fortune for seeds to then have to go phenotype hunting. If i pay $100 for a bag of seeds i want my plants to look like the ones on the packet!

its that laziness thats stopping me buying House Of Love's Blue Vixen. Well that and border control who have me on their shit list after getting busted importing some of the most illegal items into this country (organic fertlizer)

Well more of life has hit...

Had to put down our cat of 20 years...g/f is just in tears all day
Mother in law is back in hospital, her pain medication is just causing all kinds of nasuea and she cannot keep hydrated and we have not even started chemo yet....I have not read any recent pos't just trying to get enough sleep....very difficult.

Work is still not happening and we had to meet with realtor to put home into "short sale", also called a lawyer as my doctor says I should think about going on disability and I have to declare bankruptcy...sheesh....that's been my last two days. I'm so tired I cannot hardly trim now THAT's the good news we are having a record harvey but gro-bro back went out (only hurts when he sits, so that is putting a crimp in our trimming as he is MUCH faster than me)...I'm a mess..lol...jesus christ........well if this new project would just start at least I could be distracted.

Oh I owe Arminus an apology. I posted some USB microscope shots and he posted that my trichromes looked to clear and I had pulled the room early..well I got butt hurt and my feelings got hurt and kinda came back...hard...then gro-bro drops by tonight and saw the bag I am trimming and said "Oh a bunch of those branches got pulled early because I knocked over a plant".......grrrrrrrr Sorry Arminus.

Well I DO know of some "Elite Genetics from MegaBurbank" that are still on the server fund for only $29.99 a pack.....only way you can find USD in seed form that I know of.....pheno hunting for the truly adventurous! They "might" have been an accident that occured in someone's backyard though....lol!

When are you gonna have a dry weight?
Sorry about your rough patch, you know you are not alone...
Anti was the one who said the trichs were clear, I just pointed out about you stunting them on day one of flower, and that's why you had to go another week.
That plus you do hand watered soil, so add a week for that as well. That strain finishes at 56 days bro...
