Things just run smoother this way. Untill you get some experience. Several seasons of successful grows under your belt. Nothing worse than growing it, drying it and then storeing it to come home and find it gone.

A more suitable analogy I really can't imaginePimpslapped said:Y'know Julian.... now I understand the restaurant/drunks reference.
Well, others posted up anything from 200-600+ projects,at a time?, etc which I think is nothing to sneeze at, much less disrespect......(Anyone who sees fit should try raising, digging, prepping, planting 500 a time....As for any insults slung my way, water off a ducks back as they say. Always helps to just look to the source, of course.

its kind of a pita to find an open clear spot with sun exposer all day...
And that's the true approach and "highest and best use" and efficiency......exactly.......might be 100 great spots, but, all might require different approach to utilize them successfully....ourcee said:I know I could do trees in a few spots, late season minis in another, lots of lush green growth around.
I knew you'd be playing around with it I really love that stuff.......(and, no, despite what you may hear elsewhere, it will not make your buds taste like plastic No more than my railroad spots taste like soot Yeah, small...medium....I actually use them all for different things and when running low I just actually mix them together at the end.....oh and by the way, the Trainwreck took longer then expected to drop some roots (temp issue the first week), but I'll have a nice handfull ready to go by the start of next week
edit: oh and I got in a 5 lb bottle of those crystals, I went with the "small" size and I think it'll be perfect. I couldn't wait to play around with em so I dropped a pinch in my soda definitely got a feel for how far the stuff works

I'd look for something more from late morning/early evening sun exposure. Dawn and sunset would (to my logic) be times when the light reaching the plant would be least intense, going through the day until noon (Or midday, to be more exact.. actual time may vary) when it is at it's most intense, then the strength drops again. So I'd assume that as much sun during the peak light output as possible would be the way to go. (Taking adequate precautions to protect/harden seedlings/shoots of course)
Or even as I said earlier on:Hindu Killer said:After many seasons of growing...Ive learned some things the hard way. I'm very sorry man.......sincerely......and, frankly, this kind of shit that makes my blood fuckin boil.........star crash said:yesterday morning i went out to work to open up some plants from a structure that was force flowering them ... i found the door was open & some plants were hand ripped stalks & leaf debris sctattered about in a horrible & multilating way... my lovely ladies that i had hand cared for the past few months were abused by gleeful local teens whom hand stripped the tops ... someone had been inside the dark house the previous eve right under my nose while i slept ...
To the stupid little scumbag thieves who most likely come across this (and, there are, and, they will....).. family depends on me and I've been robbed & compromised out of a potential bumper harvest and ALL future projects
pakalolo420 said:When looking at a site's potential sun exposure, remember that late in the season when flowering occurs- especially up North where I am- the path of the sun across the sky will progressively get lower and lower. A spot that receives full direct sun in late June may well get little or none in mid-October if you haven't taken this into account. And to realize their potential while flowering, your plants will require good sun exposure right up until harvest. That late season sun will also help ensure that your plants won't be as apt to suffer from botrytis aka gray mold aka bud rot. There are few things more frustrating than growing big healthy plants only to find them in October with those buds you were ready to chop covered in gray fuzz and worthless.
