Full Monty, your scumbag friend is my best friend. People like him are a growers best friend also. He thinks he putting the screws to poor unsuspecting people. Make sure if you get one like him, with overpriced properties, that you talk them into the least down stroke that you can. When time to exercise the option of course you cant afford it, but let them know you have a friend/family member that would like the house and can give them another couple thousand in option money. He thinks he has made out like a bandit. All the while you are running 10k on a flip flop in this guys house. I think my idea of "big" and yours may be different. This thread is funny...LOts of good info though, it's like sitting around and pipe dreaming like when we were kids. First off if your thinkin of doing it, you just told the feds to watch out. ( You have an IP address right) Second it seems as not much thought went into the arbitrary number of 5,000 plants. Do you even know hpw much maintenance a hundred plants are? ALOT...LAstly lets hypothetically say that one is to embark on this mission impossible and their so callled bros dont rip em off, the warehouse doesnt flood out,( life rafts better be handy) The electric man dont come knockin, or the giant vents you'd need dont attract attention. You'd still have to move all that shit...5000 plants SOG only way IMO unless outdoor and then you have a whole other set of problems. So 5000 plants 2 oz each 10,000 oz's 625 lbs.. IF that doesnt get you busted then I dont know what will... The law enforcement isnt stupid, it only takes one traffic stop for speeding to find a man with a roach in the tray, who after questioning says welll uhhh I know this guy who says there is this guy who has 625 lbs of weed.....They would have a field day with that...and bros even close ones cant be trusted when they are facing large bids in prison....LArge like that would have to be solo IMO, nobody knows nobody can tell.....And if it is solo, I think 5000 plants would be a freakin nightmare to tend to, and youd be trimming even with a trimmer for weeks. Get the numbers down and maybe you''ll have a shot.

Plus the money for nutes/ equiptment/ fans/ ventilation/ cooloing-heating/ generators/ fire sprinklers/ smoke alarms/ Co2 generators/ Ozone generators.....etc...Screw that.......

The price actually paid for it in terms of risk and exposure is incalculable..

That being said....you want to waste it on anything insignificant?

Means to an end. You use it to further other interests and eliminate it as soon as possible...(but, most have a problem staying away, which I would be the first to understand ....)

Truer words have not been spoken in this thread ... I believe that the core reasons why its so hard for people to stay away is because #1. They dont have faith that they can do anything else that is as equally (if not more) rewarding , and i'm not just talking material here. and #2. If they do have that faith that they could do that "something" they dont spend the time to find out what that "something" is ...

Moral of the lesson - You need a goal ... And you have to know where you want to go before you can figure out how to get there and the only way to know where you want to go is to know what you value most ... which universally always boils down to "peace of mind" , now how you reach that state of mind is another 10 page thread itself ...

Just understand this friends ... Meditate and marinate on this concept thoroughly , consistently , DAILY ...

I think 40 E/F tables is about the max a person could take care of by themsleves.Just judging on how long it takes for two take an multiply. 2400 plants and you hit the 1gpw would be a little over 80 lbs. Piece it out a little at a time. Wow have fun

I smoke a joint in peace about 10 times a day. Push it like Scarface? Most of the people that smoke are not able to grow their own. Even us medium sized growers can't supply everyone. The commercial growers are needed to some degree. Besides 5000 plants really is not Scarface style anyways. If you should be talking shit about commercial growers, you should talk shit about the ones that use acres of BLM land to grow. They use harsh chems in the forrest, divert streams, and generally harm the enviornment. They are growing many more than 5000 plants usually and are tied to Mexican mafia. Same guys bringing in shitloads of coke/meth/heroin.

How is growing 1 plant different then 5000 if we can all agree it should be legal?

I just read all 9 pages and I feel like I just completed a college degree on commercial growing (with a minor in economics) at IC mag University, lol.

This thread is chalk full of great info on commercial growing. All of can grow, (most of us, there some cats on here that are questionable, lol) but you are teaching us about all the non-growing aspects of large scale growing and not many people think about or know about those aspects of growing.

Please keep the info coming FM. Major props. It sounds like you could write a book on this. From the things you have talked about, I am sure you got some interesting stories to tell. Peace_highst
