TC - is that gsc ur work or something you picked up / gifted? I'm not sure what all the hype around gsc is, I've tried it, some mighta made it's way over here in a package last spring. Purple, insanely frosty, nothing jumped out & slapped me in the taste dept, at least nothing I can remember 9mo later.

I love those things, I'm totally out of jars.I may have to go to a city...I always buy when the Girl Scouts show up, which has never happened, never had a trick or treater either, its Halloween everyday next door, even the old mom dies her hair black and has black fingernails, her pitbull nearly ripped off my heelers ear and she came over, she's friendly but scary....she killed the pitbull.My big dog was in the car at the time, if he was out they wouldn't have even come over, they smell him then run.The heelers all better now, same as ever...Hey is this a chem 4 or a Casey Jones...?

Well I have this giant CJ and I finallt reached it about anhour ago.It had fallen over and was previously tied up hard so the branches stayed on the wall.I know its a CJ, I screw shit up sometimes but not this badly! VADO told me that the CJ shot some nanners and the big one has nanners, just starting and the flowers are nothing like the pic above^^, so who knows!!

I've never personally grew CJ, but that looks very similar to Chem 4 to me...

Yeah, its nothing like the CJ I have in back.It's day 74 ish and its not even done and has some nanners.Melty told me it might be a chem 4.I'll look at the bucket again, it has about 10 diff scripto pen labels but ever since I mixed the Bubba and the chem D I've been very methodical about labeling.It does have a lemon twang where the casey is rank like sour and Thai, smells a bit like sweet Chinese food.The big Casey has branches full of bud 4ft long, laying sideweays, crowded around the 600 vert on top.I can't say enough about the double stacked cooltubes and having the 400 right on that mystery plant and the sour, I mean look at these sours, grown right next to a 400 vert hps...I know, I'm blabbing forever today, I just got rich...

chaco that casey will throw nanners late flower for sure. never had issues from it thou.

Hard for me to tell sometimes, alot of things remind of each other, especially anything with diesel in it . Both photos look the same to me in a way. but on the last photo, the purpleing of the lower bud an large foxtails remind me of cj, also the large internodal spacing thats lower then the main colas looks similar. seems to me the casey would stack the the top 3-4 nodes rather closer, and then the lower sites would be every 2-3 inches.

thin branches too, she cant hold herself up for anything. trelis netting is the ticket.so easy and works, takes 2 mins to lay netting at 20-25 days in, an its done. vs tieing 50 branches.

U get a chance to pinch any of the colas on her??

The flowers smell great, sorta sour but like I said, some teriaki too.I was very lucky to find this plant in such good circumstances, just a handfull of buds burned from touching the cooltube.The rest is huge branches of buds everywhere.It isn't done though, I have a feeling I flushed too early and she could go 80-85 days.Does that sound right? I have some friends running her and we have several moms.

Chaco you're growing the shmoe cj, correct? That one will have a distinct sour moth-ball funk. Chem4 will smell like lemon sweat socks.

Are the two pictures of two different plants? (just making sure) Upon 1st glance I'd say the 1st is chem4 and the 2nd is CJ, but you can never be sure without smelling em! Also if one of em has nanners it's probably the CJ, hard to avoid them later on in flower with that cut.

The last pic above is sour D, its the sideways bud that I was wondering about.I have a feeling its a chem 4.It def was a yielder for a 2ft plant with big rock hard colas.I threw one into the flower room tonight at about 2ft tall in a real nice spot.I threw another 600 into my main room over a big cheezl and the chem 4.Should be nice is my Nevilles doesn't overgrow the place...

Ah I hear ya. I'm with you chaco, gotta be chem4. Casey has calyxes that are much like ecsd, punching out all over the place and what not.

Enjoy that 4, she has my favorite (dare I say the best?) high out of all the chems I've had

agreed, very hard to tell without having them in front of you. I get so confused.

In whatever experience i have with foxtailing it seems some will really foxtail much harder then others , especially when they previously had a stall. or heat induced. Usually almost a dead give away is when the pistols stop developing an amber up early. Then u back off nutes towards flush an bamm, shit juts out in every direction with the regrowth of calyxes. Only way i see is when pistol development is consistent throughout flower, an it never stalls.

One time u can grow her it looks this way, next shes different, next a little different. I had a lavender cut that was notorious, one time she would be fat indica , next fotail an lanky sativa dominance. very weird.

Just my thoughts, but hey u know what they say about opinions.
