Just logged on for the first time in 3 months, if I havn't answered any messages, forgive me as I really needed a break from this damn machine. I hope you all are doing well and that everything is as green as ever. I have to run out and take care of business here shortly. The rooms are cranking etc and I'm up to there in flowers after a long haul back to having scissors in my hands. There's a question I have about a grow I've been keeping an eye on while the grower was out of town..
He's gone MIA and I'm done watching the place. I'm not sure if he's dead, in a wreck or vanished so I'm leaving the place to itself. It was lack of decent judgement on my part saying I'd watch it at all but he was going for a week, now it's coming on two and he is nowhere to be found...Any ideas?? I knew this was the only place I could find a sane answer so...

For me it would depend on the friend....if its a good buddy then I'd keep watching it and have him some a zip my way....if its one of those other friends...only around when they want something....then I'd leave a VM on his cell and I'd be done. So for me it depends on what type of friend they are to you that would determine how far I'd go to help.

Funny stuff indeed!! IC can be a great tool for finding people, they may go MIA but they're still on the computer, I'm not sure it's coincident or not but the guy called me about 4 hrs after I made that post... I left several times myself this winter but since my shop was still running at half speed I never lost concern and I never stopped worrying about it because we all know anything can happen when you aren't there yourself to check.
Even with an OCD personality such as myself keeping an eye on things, a crackhead can pick a lock quicker than I could roll a joint. I guess I wish I was more easy going and could forget or dismiss the threats that even a fully legal grower faces when not on deck. I will say that there were 2 floods I stopped due to errors on the pump timers, in an apartment so I was useful and worried as well. Either way, man found, not worried one bit. Thanks to whoever put him in touch with me!

Yaaa she's been real quiet around here lately. Get me fired up and I'll take some flower pics this weekend. My room has been running sooooo well, I'm nervous as all hell with the warm temps around the corner.. Afraid this split is gunna cause another headache & I reallllly don't want to kill lamps :-/ .... I need more amperage for Xmas.

CDM, not sure what your using for a mini split, but why not add another small one to help the other use less engery in the summer time.


I'm gonna finally be able to start up again after a nice little break, I got a couple rooted original diesels I am dying to grow out, I've only got to smoke it and every time I wanted more. Also gonna get some buds/concentrates tested at a lab tomorrow it'll be the first time I've ever done it, really gonna be interested in the report on the stardawg buds and #1 oil.

CDM, the Pine Island and the G-13/Cookies turned out great. I lost a few clones traveling back and forth from Wyoming over the winter and running 4 day trips on auto pilot. Just when I thought I had my short cycle timer set just right...I didn't, but it was well worth the time, I needed a break whether it drove me into the ground or not.
The best thing that's happened was having the SFV and Stardawg in the house and finding and Early Pearl x Mullum that I'm running as a clone now. This critter yields more per cubic ft than anything I've found myself in years. It's difficult to compete with the SFV and such but this one is pretty good. This picture was taken about 30 days ago and as of today she's starting to fade out and amber up. I have an SFV in a 20 gal barrel of coco coming down today. Every lamp I own was running in this room with only 4 large plants. It's been cold enough to do just about whatever you like.

This is the 20 gal barrel a month or so back. I cut the tops yesterday and should make my way into the lowers today. I have so many branches tied together that when you cut one you have to watch out or the whole room might fall... Still a long way from having this cut dialed in but I'm not complaining, the smoke can put the fear into you if you're not careful.

Beautiful slip. Those OGs sure can sprout some fucking tops. My current round has a nice assortment of Tahoe, SFV, and Lucy OG f2 ... Moved them each in around 3' tall, topped heavily ... They all are reaching for the rafters and throwing like 15 tops each ;-)

Yes indeed I think they do much better topped, topped then topped again than running one main cola. I have a few small ones I flipped at 12" or so that I didn't top and just like a sour they don't throw big main colas and the smaller clusters seem to be better quality. It seems a bit late in the game to be figuring out how an OG runs but hell, we've only had them around for a short time.
I have a giant Stardawg about 34 days into 12/12 and she's just starting to throw a stench. Looking at it I worry a bit that it won't throw flowers like the Sister or the D but I know better. This is my first time running one as a tree type. I should have used a larger container but with enough water 10 gal should do alright. There's a stash of Stardawg in my drawer and it's motivational when I'm feeling my big one won't whip up a 90 gram top.

Went out to the OD spot for the first time yesterday.. first time I could go without leaving footprints in the snow... Soil still frozen solid but hoping this rain will help. Looks like it will be nice and warm a few days this week, its a start.
Nervous about starting from seed outside, need a greenhouse or something of the sort, was thinking PVC perhaps?

pure/sfv/tahoe/cory/E.C.S.D yall playin with fiyah ...Hey Rob you can build a cheep easy greenhouse with rebar and pvc no prob and if you could start them indoors now and then bring them outside a few hrs a day at the end of may to harden them off then about first week of june is when i put mine outside starting from seed for outdoor is always best stronger plants with more vigor and make sure to shake them when it rains out when there flowering cause NE weather will mold them up on ya quick and always if you can have a south facing spot to get light all day and gets that morning dew dried up first thing early in the A.M ... good luck
