...my guess would be that other products would be at least unofficially available.

...the greater point would be the contacts that might be made with other local growers.

yeah, if you have a medical card there is at least one weekly smokeout session with raffles of glass, nutes, and other stuff plus free food, it costs $15.00 to get in unless you're also a veteran in which case admission is free. ...it's called 'the sesh' by the way and if you need more info just let me know. (they're on Instagram and i'd bet facebook too)

...there is also a group of veterans from RI and MA called NEVA out of Concord MA that you might could connect with, i think the group is open to all and not restricted to veterans only.

...anyway, here is a link to thier web page which is under construction but has a link to thier facebook page where they have a much more active presence.

That looks like a great time. I wonder what types of seed collectors go. Im a serious seed collector and maker myself, I've got some good stuff to trade, I'd be on the look out for some sativa or rare stuff.

...i've been told that the fella hosting the event is the same guy who teachs growing tech to the noobs in the Rhode Island medical program, who else will be there i couldn't say, ...other than myself and my growbro that is, lol.

...hopefully they are gonna do this again as my bro is in the process of making some femmed beans as we speak using my Purple Mayhem from gooeybreeder as the 'daddy', ...and mommy too, lol as well as a few others, he likes to make the femmed beans for the outdoors.

my first test run of the Purple Mayhem.

Finally the one plant that differs from the other 5. I ran out of pots so I threw her into a 1 gal rose pot which is a squre, narrow 1.5 gal pot that when used in flower creates plants with a crazy narrow profile where they would have been much wider ina wider 5 gal pot only 12" high. This is the only one I don't have a clone from but I may take a late one and re-veg it. They all have the crazy strong odor.

Oh my :)
Your are doing a GREAT job running those bitches Stardog!

Looking at the branches and the upright, beefy indica structure, that's definitely the blueberry dom pheno of the bunch. That blueberry pheno was a very fast finisher, but it was hard to tell when it was done so I let it go too long.

Looks like it picked up the xmas tree branching from the 21xeMM I was hoping for in the cross to increase yield as that blueberry pheno made spears. Looks like it might stack and bulk up nicely.

Weird thing in that run, the whole room wreaked of blue camphor and I thought they all had the smell, but I found out when I chopped it, all the smell was coming from that one plant.

So hard to tell what those hazy girls are gonna look like at this stage. Hoping you get big calyxes on those phenos.
Kind of reminds me of the giant Nev x SD and Nev x Chem Sis crosses I ran outside one year. Somebody kicked ass with those :)

I think I took the 21xeMM at 100 days, and it could have used more. Will see if I can find dates on that anywhere.

Thanks for sharing the pics brother!

Hey guys, I am a organic soil-less grower in MA using LC mix 2, recipe 1, using EWC/botanical teas. Does anyone have any experience with Lifesaver? I am interested in grow/bud aroma/smoke/potency reports, regardless of grow methods.

Question to you veteran outdoor growers here. Do you think a 70 day haze type plant will finish in this area? It doesn't have much leaf and the buds are very spaced so I don't think I have to worry about mold too much.

Yes, it can finish in this area. Doesn't mean that it will, though. With that type of flowering time you're looking at a harvest window of approx. Oct 15-25.

Based on past experience I don't count on anything that needs to go past the first week of October. It's a total crap shoot beyond that point, and we're at the whims of Mother Nature. Whatever makes it is a bonus.

If it's your only smoke, I would hedge with a couple faster finishers that can come down in late Sept, or early October.

Or hedge a little differently by playing the numbers game. Plant 3-4x as many as you think you need. Barring a major weather event you won't be likely to lose whole plants, so even with some damp/cool weather losing 20-30% per plant ain't so bad when you have 20 of them compared to only 4.

This is just for fun, nothing else. Im an indoor guy myself, i just want to try to grow just one plant this summer in a good spot I got. I dont care what it even yields, there is just something magical about a good plant grown in the sun. I have shorter flowering plants that would work well but they stink too bad and draw too much attention.

It's in an open area, with light from morning to late afternoon I guess I'll give it a shot..

The no med card deal is pretty sweet... opens up options for the recreational growers and smokers. I'm sure cuts would be available like someone said on the low low. Just make sure ya quarantine anything new coming in... even if its from a reliable source. Ive gotten cuts recently that showed 0 signs of PM from clone, veg all the way threw flower. But when the new batch was coming out of the cloner and the humidity spiked high.... bam.. PM. I personally control it by keeping humidity in check... as long as I don't go over 70% I can grow em' start to finish with 0 signs.. guess PM just can stay dormant in the plant and not show signs unless they are put in undesirable conditions? Good to see everyone still doing there thing... Got some GG4, Purple punch, Girl Scout glue (MassLoud cut) and some beans bout to get flipped... China cat from Topdawg Trinity (F) x ONYCD (M) And some PK s1's. Going to veg the beans long enough for a cut from each.. then flower em out SOG style and see if any keepers pop. I got high expectations for both strains. Ran the PK s1s a couple years ago and found some keepers that ive sense lost along my travels. And the Topdawg beans... well his work speaks for itself. Trinity x ONYCD sounds like some GAS..:hotbounce Thanks to the homie for blessing me with them. Got some funk in the garden.. but on the search for a real gas, diesel strain. Since lost the ECSD.. that was my go to for my people who want some real Chemmy gas. Despite her being a Cal-MG whore and a little finicky. Anyone else still run her? I noticed my run with low lights on/off temps.. Lights on 68.. lights off low 50's really brought her to her full potential. My previous run with high temps Lights on - 76 Lights off- 65 and she literally looked like a whole different plant and lacked that real stank that you can smell across the room.. the smell that lingers for hours after you burn one down.. :moon:

Also If anyone needs any electrical help or advice give me a holler. Licensed electrician in MA willing to answer any questions or talk ya threw or help out with whatever you may be trying to do to suite the needs of your garden.. sub-panels, mini split installation, basic circuits dedicated for your grow etc... Electricity is nothing to play with.. if your running your set-up off existing electrical in an older house be very careful. The amount of shit ive seen lately doing remodels on older houses is horrifying... couldnt imagine what it would be like if these houses actually had a serious load being pulled from a grow. Depending on the type of PM it can pop up whenever & wherever it's all about consistent temps and humidity, the variety of cannabis itself and over all plant health...high temps and humidity and it won't pop up but low temp and high humidity and bam I lost my whole crop last winter taking in a 91 cut and learned a lot about the shit smh so again nothing is a cure all ...it's a combo of everything together and a little luck lol

I battled with PM all winter after it came into my shop back in early December when we had those back to back cold snaps and my veg room temps went down too far etc etc. Also broke one of my#1 rules for the shop, a superstition but none the less it showed up days after I broke the one rule...My sincere apologies if I passed on any plants with PM because at the time I had no idea I had it coming. Luckily I wasn't the only one but now I'm back on track and taking plants to their prime.:tiphat:
Just harvested my first 91', took her all the way to the end and she came out great for my first run.So stoke to not see PM, I can't even tell ya'!!
