I still had to hit up the hydro store for the sprayers, pump and foam pucks. But I only spent about $75 instead of $275. If i woulda known it was that easy to make one, I would've done this years ago.
They're definitely starting to fill in. I like how the bigger girls are looking. The bulk of the buds on the bigger girls are higher up on the screen, which is a cpl inches further back from the bulb, and the wind from the floor fan. Its easier to train them into a "wall of buds". The shorter bushier girls in the front have the bulk of the buds forming slightly lower. The lower part of the screen is closer to the bulb, so there isn't as much room down there.
I usually like my keepers to have a healthy stretch just for this reason.

your killin it marlo!!

very nice dude.. the room is looking great man!

Thank u brother West!

looks good so far! You've got this space dialed in.

It gets better with every harvest bro. I'm liking the looks of this run. Hopefully all the hours of training will pay off.
Wondering if 8 slightly overveg'd big girls might be the magic #....

I'm diggin your plastic work!

I too am hooked on vertical growing. It can't be beat...really...lol..they should all know by now.
I am also a big fan of the cool tube, but it may be an acquired taste...I see so many running bare bulb. I do bare bulb 150 vert and probably do what I could with a 250 hor. My larger lamps get the tube, and I can get the plants mucho close.

Keep kickin it's ass, nice show.

yup lookin' good in there Marlo , all the more impressive results just using the 400's too...which really teaches a lesson here .

Hey , one question having never done the easy cloner route but lov anything DIY...what are the frequency of the sprays & how to combat temp rises which i hear are one of the things that can cause probs? ty and -->PVC rules ! ;)

oh ,

Been doin alot of work in the room the past week. Lots of training and trimming. Trying not to let this one get out of hand.
I've been trimming consistently every few days instead of stripping them completely. Some of the plants with more developed flowers are being more aggressively trimmed. I will continue this way until week 6 or 7. Fans won't be much of an issue by then.

trimming & training..always the "dope key" .... but we'll
never call it "defoliating" , right DHF ? Juss teasin' ....

You run the cloners 24/7. Temps are not usually an issue with a big enough res as the pump isn't so big that it produces a lot of heat.

What size tub is that Marlo? I've found as long as I can get a minimum of 6 gallons of water in there the temps stay good. More water seems to equate to lower temps, so in the summer I try to get 10 gallons in there.

Here's a shot of the back of the room. This is where the big girls hang out. You can see all the buds and branches are safe distance from the bulbs. They'll start leaning forward when the weight packs on

And the shorty's in the front.

Never tried a cooltube. Bare bulb has been workin so far. I probly could've used one in the summer.

I'm brand new to the cloner thing, so my advice isn't worth much. I originally had the pump runnin 24/7 and the temps were warm. I now have the pump on a simple cycle timer. 15 mins on 15 mins off.Works so far. The cuts are still alive!

I been learning the hard way. Killed 1 round of cuts by not havin enough water in there. I think the timer and more water will solve things for me... 18 gal tub i think. Gonna keep 10-12 gallons in there from now on

somebody got on the SSSDH Beta List ...congrats marlo
