Let the locals set their own rules. You'll see what towns are making touri$t buck$ and which aren't. Attitudes will change pretty fast.

Oh yeah, those rates went down and so did crime. Imagine that. (no, retail shops opening up isn't going to change anything, colorado is already saturated with cannabis)
